I like the experience here. Staff are ver helpful and willing to help. Printing service is fast. You can come or call to check if a service is available.For card printing, they have a couple types of paper to pick from. They can also print you a sample without any charge. Theres no hidden fees or trap like what I had experience at another printing server in Jackson TN.

Pretty helpful, not many employees on look at 7pm. Did not have extra large bag of packing peanuts.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The experience that my business associate had in the store yesterday was appalling. He came into the store yesterday to inquire about purchasing a new desktop computer and some SD cards for our business instead he was met with unprofessionalism from an associate named Amanda. After he roamed around the store several times without receiving any assistance, he made his way up to the register where he encountered Amanda. She looked as if she was over all disgusted with life and did not want to be bothered. The first time up there he asked about the SD cards. She seemed as if it was an inconvenience to assist him. After getting the cards he found a desktop computer that he liked. Again he had to go back up to the register to ask questions about it. He was originally told that the particular computer in stock and later after she involved another associate he found out it was only the display available. After making his way back to the register to purchase the SD cards (that she had already put away), she breezed the computer past the option for the extended warranty. He politely asked about, after all he had heard her offer it to every customer before him. She then said to him smugly that It costs extra money.This is not how anybody should be treated. I am deeply saddened and hurt about how he was treated in Office Max, by your employee. We choose to spend money within our community instead of ordering everything through places like Amazon.

Walked in at 8:57 all I needed was magnets but they told me I couldn’t come in since the store was “closed”. There was actually three minutes till closing so I should not have been rejected from entering the store. Please train the employees at the Jackson location on better understanding the closing time. Store should not close any earlier than intended closing time.

This store is chronically out of stock.When I couldn’t find letter-size card stock card stock! - I asked the cashier if this store was closing because many of the shelves were empty. He said they were not going out of business, and that it was a good thing their shelves were empty! (I guess the customer and his needs are to be damned.)Thank goodness for Amazon!

I bought one too many accordion file folders and attempted to return one with my receipt. Two employees and a manager could not seem to figure out how to scan a product, a receipt and make a return. I will NEVER waste my time shopping there in the future. After literally spending 30 minutes of my time trying to get a refund on a product under $20 I just left as my time was more important than waiting for them to figure out a basic task of a cashier.

Its not bad. They do a good job at printing and faxing. If you want to keep things private. They also have a self serve section as well. Its a little on the expensive side but its the signs of the time.

No one there knows what is going on, cant even find printer ink cartridge without involving 3 people, double charged for my printing, took 30 minutes to correct because the girl in print couldnt understand her mistake. Where did the good Office Depot folks go that were supposed to transfer there? Did they all quit? Only reason i go is they are the only office store in town. Missing office depot.....

Horrible experience.... One of the mangers that is named Eric is one of the most unhelpful, unprofessional, and rudest person I have ever met. He always in the store just walking around and never helpful, and has even told me one day that he didnt feel like helping me. I mean how can a company keep a manager who treats his customers like that. I honestly hope OfficeMax find a better manager.

I went to have some copies made this morning (10/15/19). There were very few if any customers in the store except at the copy/print department where several customers were waiting to be helped. There were employees scattered through the store stocking shelves, but only one (Erica) in the copy/print department. Apparently Erica had no ear buds for her radio, and a manager brought some new ones to her. I suggested that Erica sure had a lot to do and could certainly use some help. The manager said she understood, that she use to work this department, but Erica would be fine. As she walked away I told her that is the customers that she needs to worry about. After I got my copies, as I left the store, I noticed her laughing and chatting with some of the other employees stocking shelves. I am hoping the FedEx store in my neighborhood has better customer service than this because I will go there next time.

Any HP product is my number one choice for any office,at home or work,or craft,etc,plus no matter the age of your HP product,they always are available for help,n I just cant say enough about any. HP product,my HP STUFF is messed up and gosh until I can get it fixed, cuz I became very sick n was in the Icu for well over 6 months an I Pray that someday ill save enough to either buy a new one or even a used one would suffice but until then I so desperately need one that has permanent ink,because I sew quilts,diaper bags dolls n all kind of things for people who need. things n considering children,the items must be washable n ready to be loved again with no fading, so let me tell. You HPs ink is bright n certainly does not fade,yet its the best!!!!!!!

I was looking for a specific item today at OfficeMax, when a young lady approached me, and asked if I needed help. I gave her a description of the item I needed, and she led me directly to the appropriate section, and pulled out 2 varieties of the needed purchase. She saved me at least 30 minutes of searching aisle after aisle to find it! Needless to say, Ill return for my next office related purchase

You want Aaron Eudy at 157 stonebrook place Jackson TN, he hands down knew more about what the products are and knew more about customer care and concern than any other of OfficeMaxs competitors in the area. Ill be a life long customer if all the employees are half as knowledgable and professional as Aaron was. What a great experience.

They weren’t much help, so then they went and got her, and she was doing everything to avoid helping me.
