Usually shop here on a regular variety of wigs and reasonable prices .. I visited this location Monday evening looks as if they are going out of business poor customer service I asked the dark skin lady thats always there for assistance and it seems if though i committed a crime... Nasty attitude lazy walk like i was interrupting her . This is the second time she has had an attitude and my last time shopping there. Store is in need of a better employee

I just bought a wig that was on sale yesterday. I tried to exchange it or get a refund. At least exchange it because I opened it and 2 tracks came out let along was hanging out from the wig. They said they couldnt do anything because it was final sale & didnt care two fs about it. Never again. I was treated pretty well the day before but todays staff wasnt helpful at all.

The chicks in there are helpful and sweet. They dont mind helping you find things and/ or suggesting products when asked. Excellent cx service.

This location is the old hair plus on Ellis ave I had no idea it had new owners until I visited the location today when I arrived in town. Service was very poor Noone greeted me or asked if I needed help the ladies that were at work we’re on the phone n basically didn’t acknowledge the fact that I needed assistance until I stood at register for 6 mins they were very rude using foul language I thought I stopped at the Jew store in battlefield from they way they acted I will never visited any of their locations again
