I wish I could. As many of you can relate, I get tons of emails and I happened to miss a 20% off coupon. I contacted Kellie at sales/ customer service and she told me that I would have to wait till the next coupon and that I was bullying her by telling her that it would be good business to honor the offer 6 days later. She told me she couldn’t and that my money was not as good today as it was last week. I’m sure their product is great, but their view on customer service is aweful. None of us would get away with treating our patients this way. Now I guess my 4K will wait for another email months away when I get the same price but don’t have the same view on their service. SMH!
