Its always a great experience in there when I go..It was especially fun tonight because my son was picking out his birthday gift.,or should I say gifts..I picked him up his first monogrammed K hand towel!He was so excited! We love Kmart..!!

Had a great time browsing deeply discounted goods. Unfortunately, the store is closing, so it was also the last time we would be shopping there. Got plenty of great items for a low price. Friendly staff!

Kmart claims they have discounted prices for their going out of business sale then mark up original prices to make a quick buck on their garbage quality items. Now to make things worse, they tow you if you park in their parking lot during the day to catch the bus to work at the village. 60% of the business in this town is centered around the ski resort and they are now punishing employees who have no other way of getting there. Do not support this business. Looking forward to when they are finally out of Jackson.

A Kmart in Jackson, WY was not something I suspected. A great place to find the most common things you need. Clothes, toys and groceries are all there. They have a large collection of clothes, smaller collection of toys but you probably still manage to find a good gift for a birthday or surprise. There was also a big collection of Wyoming clothes and souvenirs. When I visited there were enough cashiers open.

All I needed was fishing line but it took 20 minutes to check out. This store is a mess, many shelves empty, and the staff seems like there is a lack of training. It’s no wonder Sears/Kmart is struggling. The cool slogan on the employees shirts is not going to change the stores culture.

Worst store I have ever visited. Empty shelves, nonexistent staff. I can only take pleasure that this company will collapse soon. You are better off driving to idaho falls. Such a waste of valuable space.

Horrible store. Shelves always empty. Always looks like they are going out of business. Rude, non English speaking employees. Close already! That way a better more financially sound company can come in. Anybody claiming this is a good store in anyway is a liar, paid to say it or employee.

Prices are high, but they have a good selection. Most of the staff consists of foreigners. Which is not a bad thing, but some are hard to understand. The pharmacy used to have the best pharmacist in the area Nancy Anne, but she is no longer there.

A good place for any of your needs has nice and helpful employees. Also no long wait when purchasing your items which is always a plus. Overall a good place but nothing special

Kmart gets a bad rep, but, this time, it really pulled through for me. I needed sandals and hiking boots, and they had both in my size, mens 11, which is usually out of stock everywhere, and they were $25 and $20 respectively, but when I got to the register I only paid $35 total. Both pairs of shoes are comfortable and seen to be fairly dinner l durable in construction. Thank you kmart for doing it right this time.

We love shopping here when we are in town. It is THE BEST place to buy Jackson and Yellowstone souvenirs and just about anything you may need.

I worked here. Its really cool place. They really take care of their customers. And their policy is that customers come first. Really nice place. I recommend it.

Horrible service!!! Most the staff do not dress appropriately and the cashier was on the phone half way through my order, told me to hold on a minute because he was talking to his girlfriend.... I walked out and will not be going back.

Worst Kmart ever. Seriously, this is a perfect example of why they will go out of business. We tried to find an employee to help us find a shoes for kids and couldn’t for 10 minutes. The smallest shoe we could find was size 5. Bye Kmart.

I’m giving this Kmart four stars because of the view of the Grand Tetons from their parking lot. That and of course their blue light specials. The red light specials are down the street at the massage parlor.

Great store. Has a nice variety and is very well stocked. Go to place for childrens clothing of all sizes, toys, and shoes.

It is just depressing to even walk in this store. Kmart was once one of the great retailers of our time but has become so run down it’s a shame. This store is dirty and way understaffed. The employees are poorly trained, which causes a horrible customer experience. Kmart is lucky there is not another discount retailer in jackson, otherwise this store would have been closed long ago.

Going out of business sale. Employees do a good job at keeping organized.

This is a very dated store and feels shabby. The staff are very hit and miss. Sometimes you get good service but on most of my visits the service was appalling. The staff couldnt have been more disinterested.On the plus side it does have a good selection of plants in summer and Christmas decorations in winter.Honestly I avoid this store whenever possible and shop online instead.

One of the nicest Kmarts I have been in. Things were clean and orderly. Staff was friendly. We were able to get some travel supplies quickly and cheaply. They have lots of souvenirs as well.

I do not enjoy shopping here. Its the only local chain box store for 100 miles around. Staff are hired from abroad, most have very difficult time speaking English. Many are not at all helpful. Quality products not avail. Selection is limited.

Went in there to buy earbuds and found ones for $20 (overpriced, but OK). As I came to pay, the store was a total mess as the card readers didnt work and everything had to pay with cash. After 20 minutes in line I was able to pay, but for some reason the cashier (who was under a lot of stress) didnt give me a receipt.The earbuds, of course, didnt work at all - but as I didnt have a receipt I was able to get no refund or store credit or anything.Avoid the place if you can.

You would think that with the insane price markups this store could to properly pay their employees and staff their store, yet somehow they still screw that up. The store is a mess, the employees act and look underpaid, and I garauntee you can find everything cheaper online. It is sad there isnt another competitor in Jackson.

I know it’s pretty much the only store in town but today while I was waiting in line with only a few items there was only one check stand open and the line was getting a little long, and there was two employees making a display which they knew there was a line and I guess they decided that the display was more important then opening a register and helping people check out.. and this was in the morning.

Staff were very rude, especially Huseyin who sat on his phone the whole time as we were checking out! They need to re-train staff and set better customer service! All in all, very poor when it comes to customer service!

Remind Jackson Hole stain an RV park that had cable TV weve never used our stuff in the trailer we found out we didnt have the right connections so we went down to Kmart and they actually had the parts we needed like the store theres none left in Utah thats too bad cuz I did like the Kmart

I have never been in a worse store in my life. Overpriced, badly orginized, lack of staff, and to top it all off the bathroom had fecal matter on the walls. Never going back, never ever go here.

Poor. The website happily encourages members to pay $1 to cash personal checks. Customer service at Jackson will not honor this, though the Kmart website advertises this service. Places people in a pinch in the middle of a small town. Was informed by a friend she that she had to show the website to a customer service rep and afterwards they cashed her check. Attempted to show the service desk the website and was turned away.False advertising.

Called to ask a basic question and was treated to very rude customer service by the woman who answered the phone. Absolutely disgraceful. Won’t bother shopping in your store if I can’t even be treated decently over the phone.

Its a Kmart.... The only store like it in town. So if you need something that you cant wait the two days for Amazon Prime to get to your door, this is the place to get something like... A $20 electric razor.

They mostly have some version of what you need. Better than most K-Marts Ive been in. Only large box-store of its kind in Jackson since Walgreens slid away and Sports Authority went belly-up.

Probably the best stocked Kmart that I have visited. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Bathrooms were clean.

Theyve been short staffed both times I went there. On second visit I tried to use a coupon I had been given on the first visit. After a nearly 10 minute fiasco I was informed you had to be a rewards member to use the coupon, which is not stated on the coupon. With 7 or 8 people waiting behind me at the only register open... I didnt want to take any more time. Walked out without purchasing anything. I was pretty frustrated to say the least.

My Jackson Kmart experience is usually the same routine each time: walking in looking for something specific but not generally hard to find, seeing where it should be yet the shelf is empty, finding an overpriced alternative nearby, checking Amazon’s price for what I actually need, and finally walking out empty handed. :-(

Found some great buys in the back!! Store needs a little up keeping, but the staff was friendly and we found reasonably priced gifts for the kids here.

Customer service is horrible. Waited 10 minutes in jewelry department for a young persons birthday gift ($20). Finally went to customer service counter and was promptly ignored for another 10 minutes. Finally someone came to help was rude and we were told they had to take the gift to the same customer service counter where we were ignored to pay for it there. Bad customer service!

This is probably the cleanest KMART Ive been in. In Arizona theyre pretty much all ran down, but I guess the Wyoming group of KMARTs are held to a higher standard. If this was in Arizona, Id probably go to KMART more.

Nice store. I collect magnets from every state and average spending $5 but they had them for $1.49

The store is always clean. The staff is always eager to help you on request.

Employees aren’t too helpful. When checking out you’re asked to sign up for three things and hit up to donate money (probably on behalf of Kmart’s tax bill). Bags cost you 20 cents!?The prices here are not cheap enough to justify all the BS.

Stopped in on New Years Day, they were open, and they had everything we needed.. the store could use a little facelift because the inside looked a little shabby...

Terrible place. Almost nothing of value is in stock, usually just average goods and bargain brands. The problem is, if you live here you are forced to get things from this place because there is nowhere else to go, no Walmart or Costco in sight.Oh, and also theres no video games anymore, they removed them years ago. Im forced to buy those online. Why cant this place be replaced?

When the internet advertises your store is open for business tell 10pm and you show up at 9:10pm to find out the store closed at 9pm dont be surprised why your business is struggling a dozen people came there while I sat in the parking lot walking away not happy I called the store to find out why and the employee said Corparate needed to fix the internet and they wonder why stores are closing all over the country

Today is the THIRD TIME this month that I’ve put my items down and walked out because of the lines. It is midday and there are 2 cashiers open with line that have 10-15 people in each. While some other store employee sits on his phone at a register that is closed & multiple other employees wander by. Absolutely ridiculous. This might be my last time here.

Store is older. Merchandise is ok. Check out clerk was rude. She acted like we were a pain in her A$$. Worst one we ever had.

The cashiers at the help desk were slow and uncaring. I stood in line for 30 mins to do a return while they helped one lady with a purchase. I dont live there so I didnt have the choice to come back later.

They took out the little ceasers things not on shelf where they should be they higher people that cant speak English most of the time what youre looking for on shelf is empty new manager took out lol ceasers not happy at all with the store
