Cokern Door did a great job. Their price was better than their competitors and the service was great. Eric, the technician, is proud of his work. He took care of every detail and went to great lengths to make sure I was 100% satisfied. I recommend them without hesitation.

Nice and friendly. Matthew was very helpful and informative. He replaced my broken spring and while he was lubing the door and chain he pointed out that my sprocket was about to go soon and replaced that as well in a timely manner and at a affordable price!

I have to say this was the best service weve ever received!! I called this morning and they said someone would be there around noon. They actually got here sooner and had the repair done before noon. These two young men were very polite and very knowledgeable, and I recommend Corkern Door Company to anyone needing work done on a garage door.

Was upset because I asked them what all I could check and do before spending the $ for repair. They failed to tell me to clear the sensor lenses which were dirty. $92 sevice fee for something that even I could have done in 2 seconds. Had to wait all day for them. But, they not only cleaned my sensor lenses but cleaned all the bugs in the light out. Changed the bulbs and programed my panel which I never knew how to do and had never been able to use since I bought my house 7 years ago. So, yea! for all that. Then, they vacuumed all the spiders and dobber nests out of and around the door as well as greased all the wheels and springs! So, at least I got something more than a 2 second easy repair that would have cost me nothing had I known. The2 gentlemen who did all this for me were courteous even though I knew they were hot and very tired at the end of the day.

Had a minor breakdown of the door and called two companies. One said a wait list for a week, Chris from Corkern, who also was referred by Liftmasters, answered immediately and sent Brad the same day. It was just an hours job executed efficiently and with precise maintenance instruction. The charges were unbelievably reasonable. Dont look elsewhere, in Jackson area these guys are the best!

Outstanding Technician Service, Office Service 0 Stars, I give 3 stars for a few different reasons. Corkern Door has been my choice for many years. Well, few years back, i called Corkern Door Company to come repair my Garage Door, the Older Gentleman that helped me over the phone was one of the nicest i have ever spoke with there, honestly. After a year or so later, i had to have my electrical motor thingy replaced. So i called good ole Mr Corkern Door Company and again spoke to the Older Gentleman, whom made me feel not so appreciated for being a returning customer. Promptness and a taste of sarcasm led his conversation. Being that the Technician, who came out before, came out was outstanding and assured me my electrical motor thingy would last me another year or so. He also went above and beyond to make sure i was happy before he were to leave. Well months go by and my door still operates fine and i am wanting to update to a more appealing Garage Door. So i call good ole Mr Corkern Door Company, but my experience this time was not only unprofessional, but i also was not contacted for 3 days, So i call and spoke with the same young lady, who seemed like i was the most unknowledgeable human being she had ever talked to, while im looking at brochures given to me by the Technician. I ask a series of questions pertaining to my likes and dislikes of a few models of Garage Doors I picked out. ( here is the good part) Finally, upon giving her my information and the 3 model #’s, she cannot find anywhere a price but instead refers me to a different door company. I refused to listen and asked if i could speak to someone in charge. I was rudely told (“it would probably be better to call back tomorrow or send an email, that usually works better.”) which was followed by a click and then silence! Ouch, you guessed it, the young lady hung up the phone on me. I sat in silence with the phone still to my ear not exactly sure if i had said something wrong or if she was just a temp worker for the Older Gentleman i usually speak with. Even with the suggestions from the young lady, i will not and shall not call another Garage Door Company, I still would like to get a few prices, only if i am able to speak with someone who actually knows more than how to be rude to their dedicated clients. I actually wanted this to be an email of course, but not everyone would be able to see it then. 3 stars for the Technician who is a life saver, i will revise to a 5 star depending on my next experience outcome, which could possibly be in person this time. I would be honored to meet the staff. To whom ever this may concern needing Garage Door Repair, The Technicians at Corkern Door Company are really outstanding, courteous and very professional with their work, also gave detailed 411 on things to look for before i replace. On the other hand, as far as the older Gentleman and young lady, be sure you ask to speak with a manager or someone in charge and you will be in good hands. Thank You Corkern Door Company for many years of Satisfaction.

Very unprofessional. Not only was I laughed at about a question I had asked but, I was hung up on TWICE. Tuesday Sept. 10th. I called in around 10 or so and a young lady answered the phone by the name of Abbie or Amy. After she introduced herself, I began to ask her a series of questions as to help me better understand the malfunctions of my garage door. Again, I was laughed at and hung up on. Not knowing that I was hung up on, I called back and the phone answered and hung up. So, I will definitely not be calling this corkern door company ever again. Could not be happier! Selected doors & openers after being shown the different options (absolutely no pressure for a better sale), given a schedule and the schedule was met. Couldnt ask for anything more but there was more. The guy that installed both doors and openers (I wish I remembered his name so that I could give him the credit due him) was nothing short of fantastic. Not only a professional in his work but just a darn nice guy. I really enjoyed watching him work. As an old DIYr Ive learned to appreciate the skills of a professional. He did in hours what would have taken me days and days. I may have held him up a bit with my questions but he was more than happy to answer them all. Like I said, couldnt be happier.
