Great customer service with a knowledgeable staff. My wife went in to purchase something for the shop and they took the time and energy to help her feel confident with the purchase. And it was just what I had wanted. It’s nice to know that people are willing to go the extra mile for customers spending a little or a lot. I will be back for sure.

Over priced and rude. I called to make sure they had what I needed before I went. As a matter of fact I had to call 3 times because while trying to transfer my call I kept getting hung up on. The lady that answered the phone was super nice and apologized for that problem. So I get to talk to a salesman and clearly stated what I was looking for. I get told yep I know exactly what it is and we have them. I get there and get told. Nope we don’t have it sorry about your luck.

Fantastic customer service. Very helpful staff at the new Gluckstadt store. The guy who helped me asked for a few details about my project so he could help me find the right clamps I needed. Had he not asked those questions I wouldve bought clamps that would not have worked for my job. Very grateful for that! Great experience.

Bought these for our oldest sons birthday! Top notch help and service with the bolts and fasteners I always need. Not to mention the power tool selection.

First time going to this business. Was looking for some nuts for an exhaust manifold and had 2 sizes to choose from. Asked the employee at the front counter could he show me the 2 sizes that was written down. He explained how far he would have to walk and they are looking to build business with those who are buying in bulk like a 100 so it would be best going to Ace hardware in Pearl. Was planning on buying some Milwaukee tools but there was no need to even go past the counter. Make sure you have your bolt, screw, nut, etc before going in and state to them that you are buying over 100 first

I asked for a 8.8 bolt and he gave me a 10.9 with out me knowing

I wanted to post this after my trip to southerlands... this place will always be the best hardware store. family owned and operated, helpful people who love their jobs and prices you really ca nt beat on all tools and supplies. besides southerlands who are grumpy and complaining about their day at the register and you can almost never find help there. SHOP LOCAL!! I know I will, especially at ace bolt and screw.
