Once again Chloe demonstrated she understands her business is built on extraordinary customer service. She listens, is conscientious of my budget and shares her tasteful ideas.
This used to be a favorite shop of mine in JH, but sadly the customer service was truly lacking so I will not be back. Came in today to find a gift for my dad who is letting us spend a few weeks at his cabin. Found a pretty rug that had potential, but when I asked if I could pay for it, then bring it back if the colors did not match his existing bedroom decor, the sales woman refused. Her excuse was that the shop would be closed for the Fourth of July weekend and the consignor was coming to retrieve the rug on Monday. I explained that I was 90% sure the colors would work, but wanted to be sure since the rug was $200 and that I could bring it back first thing Monday morning, but she refused again, this time without explanation. I decided to roll the dice and purchase the rug despite her refusal to accommodate my request. My mother in law also made a purchase. At checkout when my mother in law asked to use their restroom, a different sales woman said “we don’t have public restrooms but you can use the gas station across the street.” Seriously? We just spent over $300 in your shop and you are not even willing to extend the courtesy of letting an older patron in the vulnerable subset of our community during a pandemic use your bathroom!? Ridiculous and inexcusable. Maybe the staff here all woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning, or maybe they treat people like this regularly. Nice rug, poor service. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.
This is a consignment and resell shop. Somewhat on the high end, but they have a lot of unique items. Being that it is consignment/resell, most of what they do have is one-of-a-kind things. You can spend a fun bit of time simply walking around and looking. There are occasional things uniquely local, so its possible to find a souvenir of the area you wont find anywhere else. Very good parking. The staff varies, for the most part helpful if you ask. Seems no pressure to buy.
Great selection
Used to be a fun place to shop. Always consigned just about everything and sold it quickly. Now, all new and most of it, not made well.In the store today, people working there using horrible language and laughing. Not professional. Will never go back.
Good service. I ordered 2 stools and they came in under a week.
I am offended as a native American enrolled in a tribe just 3 hours from this store. They are using a tipi as their logo. This store isnt owned by a native American and does not sell native American items
Really nice stuff, super nice sales staff!
Cool little furniture consignment store, there are a lot of gems packed in here, plus pretty high turnover for new options all the time. Loose a star for price, which is pretty steep (but not wholely unreasonable).
A great resale store for furniture, art and accessories from some of the finest homes in Jackson!
Excellent store! Beautiful furniture, great prices!
Nice place really good stuff and for a good price
Christina was awesome to deal amazing to work with and really knows her stuff!
Tons of items. Very friendly staff. Love this place.
Nice choices of furniture . good prices .friendly service.
Way too expensive for the quality of furniture shes offering, especially when you can get it shipped for free online and less expensive from the places that shes actually buying it from. And the owner is not the most friendly person to communicate with.
Standard furniture
