Ive been here multiple times and weve always had a great experience. BUT one Friday night, my sweet daughter wanted a new stuffie so badly from the mall store (what she calls it). After dinner we rushed over. We got there just as the cage was coming down. The (Im assuming) manager insisted we come in for the stuffie. She absolutely made my daughters night by far. Her new stuffie has been cuddled non-stop since ❤️

They are always friendly ànd poliet I am regularly in there and they staff notice in remember lil things that give me a sence home

I love it I can get $40 earbuds for 5 bucks I can always find toys for the nephews and nieces real cheap they sell some clothes really if you need to shop cheap on a budget theres a lot of stuff you can find there I just got to look for

What a nice, clean, well stocked merchant employing polite and helpful staff.This would be 5 stars if they were not an hour late opening up.We went to a different store first and spent $100 for Christmas gifts for grandchildren. We spent $25 here. But we would have bought more if they were open in time.

The decor and outerwear is great! However, when it comes to toys, it’s a bit disappointing that they have so much to choose from for girls but the boys options are super generic and not a good selection.Perfumes and make up is good, as well as the books.I’m not a fan of prices being more than $5 since the quality of the items is still $5 quality and the name of the store is Five Below. 🤷🏼‍♀️Fix the toys so boys have as good of stuff as girls and it would be 5 stars.

First time coming into five below and had a bad experience with a employee and then the manager Caprice came and spoke to me and helped me find what I was looking for. She had the best customer service and made me feel welcomed. I will definitely be coming back because of her. Make sure if you guys need help to go to Caprice.!!

Its a good place to find bargain deals on dollar store type things. But, as long as you assume the quality will be low and dont expect it to work very long, youll be pleasantly surprised. There is a decent selection of tees and shorts, and of course rows of candies.

Very much enjoy shopping here. Everything is $5 or below as the name states. Great place to take kids Christmas shopping. Have a good selection of seasonal items during each season. I bought a ton of Halloween decorations for Halloween camping and didnt spend a fortune.

My kids love shopping here. I think girls might find a bit more to like, but there are plenty of toys and electronic gadgets for boys as well. A lot of stuff is on the cheap side, but because its all $5 or less that is to be expected. There are also some awesome values and really cute shirts and decor here. This is a great place to gift shop for children and teens.

There are all kinds of things you can find here! I love the candy selection. Also, this is one of the best places to buy board games.

Excellent thrift store where everything is a step better then the regular dollar store, and is priced at $5 or less. They have a great selection of goods for all ages, but are geared towards the teens. Overall, for a great shopping experience this place is a must visit

Cool store good prices lots to choose from. I bought a Bluetooth headphone set which was works pretty well for $5. My granddaughter loves this place my girlfriend enjoy shopping there and wish there was more turnaround of cool things

Got to love a great deal. From clothes, make up, electronics and gifts for the kids. This store warms you up with savings. And randomly you can find things that are otherwise $50 or more. It stays fairly clean. The last 2 times I went there stock was poor. But I have faith they will pick it back up again. Great place to shop for the whole family. Customer service is hit or miss.

Alittle cluttered but, Its a good place to rummage through the aisles and find something cool.Nothing seems to stay consistently on the shelves. However, its still a nice visit with customer service.

Love this place! Some items are cheap, most are not for the awesome prices! Plus you never know what youre going to find. Love it!! Great for kids. Great place to get arts and crafts, yoga and workout items, clothes, home decor plus more.

Can get things at a good price and they have what I have been looking for

This place is like the harbor freight of shopping. You get to the checkout only to realize somehow you have spent over 100$ because everything seems so cheap. It adds up quick and I mean you cannot expect great quality from a store that has nothing over 5$. You get what you pay for though, we do a lot of kids shopping here Simply because if it gets ruined or breaks, it was only 5 bucks. The only advice I have is to stay away from the electronics, especially the earphones. Just remember you get what you pay for. 5$ headphones have never impressed anyone.

When it first went in, we thought it was cool. Now, when were at Jackson Crossing we walk right past it without giving it a thought. The novelty of it is good for awhile, but only for a while.

Refused to hire me because I was a few months under 16

Store looked like a tornado hit it and customer service was terrible. Asked for an item and got told, I dont know, try looking over there and pointed to a general area. Two people behind the registers and one seemed more interested in leaning on the counter than anything else.

What a place! So glad they came to Jackson! So much variety! A great place to shop with kids and you wont go broke doing it! The candy selection is AMAZING and they always seem to have something new in!

Wonderful prices of course but always cluttered and hard to walk through. Sometimes the staff is nice but its a flip of a coin. But a wide variety of inexpensive items!

My 7 year old daughter loves this place. Tons of unicorn stuff thats right up her alley. The items are cheap, but not low quality, like those found at dollar stores. Easy to find small gifts for kids.

As a frequent shopper of this place i will never shop here again. Your employees did everything but drag someone out because of a mask. Seriously you all need to read up on the legal issue. It is not a law it is no longer mandated.

Not impressed. I can walk up to Dollar Tree & get the same candy for $1.00 . Its a good place to shop for seasonal water shoes, warm pjs, t-shirts & puzzles.

I like the stuff they offer but I bought a lot and was handed two big bags well when I got home,I realized I was missing 5 items called the store and ended up having to drive back into town to get it,I live a ways away and wasnt to Happy but did retrieve them.
