I stopped in because Ive been thinking about remodeling my kitchen.. Natalie helped me out and showed me around and gave me so many options to work with Im my price range. She was very knowledgeable about everything, I was surprised when she told me it was only her third week working at Granite Creations. Everyone in the office was so nice. I have to give it to Granite Creations. They were great. I went in a couple months ago shopping around as I was looking to remodel my kitchen (now finished) before everyone came in for the holidays. I was sold almost instantly with their prices and selection. They also had excellent customer service. Gina helped me find everything that I needed and was very knowledgeable of their product. Granite Creations installed all the granite in our new build and did a very professional job. Everything was cut, finished and installed perfectly and it looks beautiful!! Will was very easy to work with and even went out of his way to locate the exact granite I wanted out of state. We would use Granite Creations again and highly recommend them to anyone looking to install granite.

BUYER BEWARE!This company sells fake quartz. I have called them and Gina hangs up on me, stopped in and been lied to and sent numerous emails including pictures of all the stains on my “stainless Quartz” with absolutely no response or results. I just want to let everyone know they DO NOT stand by their products and are impossible to deal with. I wouldn’t give them any stars but had to pick one to leave a review!!!!!!!

Not too many people would have been as patient searching for what I wanted. He wants his customers to be completely happy with the final product. I also can not say enough great things about his partners Sam and James. They installed my granite and backsplash...Two of the hardest workers you will find! True professionals!

Wow. I don’t usually take time out of my day to review places but man, what some stand up people. You just can’t get service like that these days and done In a timely manner. The receptionist,I think her name was Gina, treated us like family. It felt like I’ve known her my whole life! 10/10 You would be waisting your time anywhere else!

If I could give this company a zero star review I would, It took them 4 months to complete my job. The workers were very unprofessional, they mad incorrect cuts to the granite and had to take most of it back out and replace it. Workers kept saying they were coming to finish the job but only took pictures and acted like they didnt know what they were doing. When they would come it would be the end of the day. What were they doing sleeping all day and working all night? It was one the worst experiences Ive ever had and would never use them again or refer them to my worst enemy. These 5 star ratings have to be put in by the company themselves. TERRIBLE COMPANY. Each time you take this bad review off I will continue to re-post.
