I miss having an Albertsons near me! I loved this location in Jackson Hole! The staff was super friendly and helpful. We got some yummy food and a delicious and very well made birthday cake from the bakery! The kids loved riding in their cute little carts. PS: buy this brand of chocolate milk! It’s delicious!!!

I really wanted to give a better review. Yesterday was my first time ordering online and picking up from your store. I was really nervous about it taking forever or the service being bad. But I was pleasantly surprised on how fast it was an easy. I wanted to do it again the next time I needed groceries. But I woke up this morning and found out that my credit card number was stolen and used again on the same website.The charge happened at 1 AM. I’m very sad and disappointed that their site has been hacked. I hope they can get this fixed

Not overly busy. Had just about everything I was shopping for. Friendly and courteous store personnel. Prices are what I expected in Jackson.

I got home put my groceries away went to bed and woke up to find that there was fraud on my credit card. Someone stole my credit card information from the Alberson website and decided to try to charge again at 1 AM. Same store, same card, why not me. I really hope that they get this fixed So it doesn’t happen to anyone else. I was very disappointed.

We came here because Smiths did not have what we wanted. This store did not have a hot bar as seen in other pictures but they do have hot deli items.The fried chicken and Nashville chicken are VERY good. I was actually really surprised at how good they were.They also have a bunch of touristy type gifts that Smiths also did not have.

Big, Big store!.. I do a lot of my grocery shopping at Albertsons. Love there fresh and fruits vegetables department. Always a great variety of everyday and exotic selections. Well-stocked store and polite employees, even when Im in a rush and not in the best mood LOL. Usually filled the boot (trunk) of the Rolls-Royce when Im shopping there. Its a 200 miles round trip for me. Like most food stores in Jackson Hole, they encourage you to bring your own reusable shopping bags.

Cant complain about the only grocery store...but the parking lot is easy to miss the entrance to... especially if your coming from the town center.

Wonderful organization of fruits and vegetables. A great deli. However, almost every self-checkout got broken after checking out two items and there were only two or three live checkouts.

Normal prices for a touristy area, but low supplies (understandable). The self check out line moves much faster than the cashiers (due to more open lanes). We came a few times for supplies they unfortunately were out of. A cool addition is their aged meats in the meat area.

Since I do not wear a mask, I am not comfortable going into grocery stores because of the toxic attitude that is projected toward me by other shoppers. I am very grateful to Albertsons for having the opportunity to order things online and then pick them up from the parking lot. Without this option, I would need to ask neighbors to do shopping for me, and Albertsons makes it very easy and I am very grateful.

Seemed like a fairly nice grocery store. It was very busy when I was there and they seemed to be short staffed as is every place right now. Checking out was quite hectic. Alot of self checkouts which in my opinion takes much longer in a grocery store. They did have some nice selections and reasonable prices. The fresh seafood case was pretty impressive.

Helpful staff! Great on the phone. Some of the workers seem sad and irritated to work there so I hope this good review can brighten their day. Things are currently a little bit picked over in 2020 but at times it can be quite full and beautiful.

Nice grocery store with a good selection. They have a nice deli that offers several options of freshly prepared foods. The store is well maintained and feels clean. The prices are very reasonable especially for Jackson Hole. The employees are fine. All of our encounters were pleasant. It seems like the only grocery in store and they are busy, but they do a good job of staying mostly stocked and moving people through. The only reason I gave them four stars is the they do not keep enough registers open. The self checkout was fine but when purchasing a large quantity I prefer the traditional method.

Great place to buy everything that you need for your trip. Have to pay for your shopping bags though which came as a surprise. Carry your own bags !

The whole pharmacy team is really rude and not very professional. If you are looking to get scripts filled I would recommend Stone Drug. Albertsons as a whole is a great store. They work hard to keep lane times down during the summer and they are able to keep a full staff during this very busy time.

We went to the Jackson, Wyoming store #183 to pick up items we need for our camping trip because most Albertsons are reliable, but I would say this one is not, we bought $32.27 worth of stuff gave the cashier Ana a $100 bill, and our change should have been $67.73, right? Well, we took only a few steps away, my husband handed me the receipt, he went to put the change away, and the was only $$17.73 there. We waited until she was done with the customers behind us, and told her what she gave us, & she declares that she gave us a $ 50 bill too, she called for the someone to count her till, and ithey came back with the till wasnt over. Where did that $59 go to? Maybe in Anas pocket? What are you suppose to do ? We are not dishonest people. I wanted to give a 0 rating.

The team at the Jackson Albertsons absolutely went above and beyond to help provide catering trays for a recent event. They technically werent supposed to be offering due to being short staffed. The store manager made all of our trays herself and got them done in plenty of time for our event! The floral team was also fantastic to work with as was the staff who helped me load all the items into my car. From start to finish this was an amazing experience and Im so grateful to have such a stellar group of people working in our little town. THANK YOU ALL!!

Convenient to the downtown area, but it was pretty wiped of a lot of stuff. I think its because we were there sort of close to July 4 weekend? Maybe its always wiped because of tourists 🤷‍♀️ Staff was friendly. You should bring your own bags or else you have to pay for paper sacks. Where I live we still arent allowed to bring in our own bags from the Covid stuff so unfortunately I had to buy bags.

If you want it, they have it. Awesome grocery store jam packed with everything. We got off the plane and headed straight for Albertsons to stock up for Yellowstone. I’m speaking as a tourist who has been here once. It seems very impressive to me.

Everything we needed for lunch picnics, and hot breakfasts and dinners at a cabin for a week-long National Park visit.

Decent store most of the time. Changing their hours to close at 11pm instead of midnight, which is not great. Quite frankly I feel like they should stay open later not close earlier. Not everybody works at 9:00 to 5:00. Sometimes the only time I can get to the stores between 11:00 p.m. and midnight.

Staff was very helpful. Lot of good selections. A bit disappointing with the produce as the oranges were bad when bought as well as the strawberries. Both were returned.

Has to be the best grocery store Ive ever been in, prices are a bit high but what a selection!

5/5 all the hotels and campsites in the area were booked and our host was more than happy to have us. Provided, snacks, drinks and even coffee in the morning! Bathrooms were also clean.Id recommend anytime

Pretty good, its the only grocery store around, so anything is better than nothing. The chocolate chip cookies in the purple bag are super great.

This is a clean well stocked store with fair prices. I dont go through Jackson every day, but when I do, I like to shop at this store. I find that the selection is better than average, the store is clean, and the people are friendly. Next time you are in Jackson and you need some supplies, stop in at Albertsons.

Great grocery store. Prices were reasonable, nothing seemed expensive compared to what I am used to seeing. This was really nice to see given how close this store is to a major, popular National Park. The hardest part was not buying all of the yummy looking good I didnt need!

Good variety and prices arent that bad considering the options around. It was well stocked when I went there all the times. Its good that it closes late.

The store was packed and we were able to get about everything we needed. There are still plenty o supply chain issues though. This stores parking lot is terrible however. Its poorly laid out with undersized spaces and difficult ingress/egress.

No checkers, lines more than 15 people deep. No I will not use self check, your not paying me. Also self check line was 10 people deep. And pay for a bag...wholly cow!

Nice store, very friendly and helpful employees. The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is because they didnt have a few things I needed in generic brand. Not a huge deal but a money saver.

Best freaking Safeway grocery store ever. Seriously fancy with aged beef cut to order in the butcher shop, right next to the King Crab legs. There were actually Wagyu steaks at 50% off in the discount section! Not your typical tired neighborhood grocery store. Check it out.

Its a good grocery store. Lots of selection of all differing kinds of everything you typically want from a grocery store. Friendly employees. There were some things out of stock, but otherwise great!

For some reason every cashier acts like they either hate their life, or hate me. Not sure what their problem is.

Seems like a decent grocery store. It had the few items that we were looking for, and the pricing was very reasonable.

I was born in Jackson and have shopped at Albertsons for 30 years and have never had a poor experience until today. The Manager Mauricio was the most unpleasant employee I have ever experienced. I was attempting to use my free items from monopoly and was having issues redeeming them with another cashier. Mauricio was working another cashier and came to assist, he stated I was out of luck and there was nothing he would do... turned his back and ignored me when I asked if there was a manager I could talk with. I asked again multiple times, He stated he was the manger and there was no one above him... Id just have to accept the time and effort id used to open, scan, play a game, add to my digital cart and then track down in store the $30 I had earned from spending thousands at Albertsons couldnt be purchased. We get into a verbal argument because the cashier clearly wont get anyone to help with the situation. He gets upset and starts grabbing my groceries (mind you I had a $150 cart of items aside of the free monopoly items) yelling You cant buy anything now! Dont ring him up which was humorous. It was at this point that HIS MANAGER showed up, Tanya. Tanya immediately helped with the situation and was very easy to work with along with my original cashier before Mauricio. She helped get the minor issue worked out and was very pleasant to talk to. All in all the situation was resolved... but Mauricio is an unpleasant, lying, and down right terrible employee.... Thank you for listening to my Ted Talk....

I forgot to get my 60 dollars from the self check out machine at the Albertsons in Jackson Hole .made a call spoke with Bonny store manager and explained the issue I had I told of store clerk that help I believe her name is Delsa . long sorry short Delsa gave Bonny my lost money about 7 days later got it back .THANK YOU Delsa and Bonny for your honesty. I am on vacation in the area and stopped in Albertsons yesterday. I was very disappointed to see most customers not wearing a mask. I felt very unsafe and uncomfortable so I left. Not cool. I dont want to get sick on my vacation.

Extremely busy for a Monday morning, but the store was clean and fairly well stocked, with lots of helpful employees, providing supplies to people going on adventures in the surrounding areas. Great place to stick up.

Theres 2 main grocery stores in Jackson albertsons albertsons and Smith. Albert Sims is fine real crowded always. However Im a Smith shopper.

Very friendly staff well stocked but the price of things are very high compared to where I live.

Great deli chicken!! We were in town and stopped in for fresh chicken, and a lot of deli salads to choose from.

Very large selection of good quality groceries. We also ate at the onsite deli, and all the food was good.

Big store. Great deli. Sometimes hard to locate stuff due to the stores size. Has lots of those computer checkout stations

Loved the room. Staff were courteous and help full. The ceiling was thin. We were on the 1st floor and people walking in the room above were kind of annoying.

As a physician I attempted to call in a Rx for a patient. Pharmacy staff needs a lesson in professionalism. Very rude. Finally told them I will call in Rx to a different pharmacy. Their exact response was, sounds good. Pathetic.

They have really nice bath bombs that smell really nice, my personal favorite is ‘dark side of the moon’ it smells like cologne

A quick trip in an out for one item, they had exactly what we needed and the bathroom was clean too.

Pretty miserable experience, and not anything to do with the store itself. Absolutely packed every time we went there, and the drivers in the parking lot are doing their best to run pedestrians over and run into cars.

This place seems to be a little chaotic. Fully packed with out of towners looking for food and supplies. The prices that are marked didnt rang up correctly. There were no one at the customer service desk. Overall, not a great experience...but busy and clean.

Very unsafe. They do not require masks. Many employees were not wearing them either. When I asked why I was brushed off very arrogantly. Won’t be back.

Very nice service and is open to those that choose to wear a mask and even those that don’t or can’t. I know everyone has their options but know the risks going out among the public! Wear your mask or don’t and they still will help aid you.

Good selection of foods, good service, clean store

Only slightly less expensive than the park stores. Went on a Saturday afternoon. Only 3 checkers open and the self check was malfunctioning. Not a good time. Wont be going back on a weekend if ever. Might try Smiths next time

Its as expected. Not as nice as Whole Grocer, but a smidge nicer than Smiths. Better since they added the self checkout last year since that makes things smoother. Stocked well at present though Whole Grocer was better stocked during the shortages in the spring. Good meats and other necessities.

Ok store . Not from the area, so I was not familiar with the grocery bag charge of 20 cents each. Cheap bags ripped when I picked it up . For 20 cents I expected better thickness . I see why you locals bring your own !

Best grocery store in town with very reasonable prices.

They need to clean there seafood dept . Your can smell it through the whole store.
