On this date October the 2nd 2021 the 2 women in this store offered no assistance they stood at the counter as I ask for help Looking out the front window. No one even turned around to assist me. Currently looking for another vitamin provider this was very poor

Well stocked shop, I had questions they had answers. Note, its always good to know where your deficiency is first, so they can serve you quicker.

Great store and selections. Staff could have offered a lil more help.

They had a large variety of items which my daughter and I use. They were getting low on some items.

Called the store and asked if they had B-12 100mcg in stockLady on the phone said yesI get there 10 minutes later and they didn’t have it, so apparently this location employees liars

A great customer service experience during my visit to The Vitamin Shoppe. ThanksThe one cashier was checking customers out at the register with two customers waiting in line to be checked out. The other worker had just clocked out due to finishing her shift of working. The worker off and no longer on the clock asked me did I need assistance and upon my answer of yes - she eagerly helped me find the items I was looking for, inspite of being off.

Amazing and knowledgeable employees!! They have always made me feel comfortable when shopping here. Even during the difficult times we are currently experiencing, these awesome employees have maintained exemplary customer service skills. The attentiveness shown when patronizing this establishment, makes you feel like a valued customer. I absolutely love shopping on the companys website, and having the option of choosing either delivery, same day curbside pick up, or same day in-store pickup! Vast variety of great products both online and in-store as well.

Ive been going to the Vitamin Shoppe for years due to their low prices and ability to get products right there in the store. I recently moved to MS alittle over a year ago and never had a problem going into this location until now. The person whom I believe was a manger treated me very rudly, I am not sure if it was due to how I looked or skin color, but I know the way she treated me was not right. I try to be polite with everyone I meet, never giving them any reason of me disrespecting them, but there was no chance of her changing her attitude towards me. And I know Im not the only one she does it to, since I beared witness to 2 people who called over the phone and the same attitude was given to them and ended up complaining to another employee about how dumb the question they were asking was. And the point of this review is not to put Vitamin Shoppe in a negative light, but to hope that since this is the only store in MS, guest service could be improved.
