Start house technology is not without hiccups in the first year establishing all the customization and integration. Other companies may set you up but become very elusive when you find you need a firmware upgrade or one of the routines or buttons are not working the way you want them to. Troy left a birthday party for his nieces on a Saturday afternoon prematurely to fix a problem I created myself being the armchair programmer I thought I was using the Control 4 home composer software to further integrate Alexa voice commands. We were having some friends over for drinks and dinner who have not seen a renovated house with smart house technology that we brag about. Troy remoted into our system and slayed every Dragon I created in time to get ready and show off the myrid of cool stuff our house can do to our friends... Lol.... The network team is extremely sophisticated as is there phenomenal workmanship and programming. The spot on timely service has proven invaluable to my nontechnology spouse and our relationship for Troy is concerned about mama bear being happy.... If youre looking to have the most comprehensive smart house, Control 4 is the answer and ISTMI is the best. After-the-fact support by this company is an intangible that is hard to put a value on.

Troy set-up my house, when being built, with C4 back in 2005; one of the smartest decisions Ive ever made! Not only is it a great product but the service has been phenomenal. I have upgraded a few times through the years with new upgraded products. Troy and the gang have always bent over backwards to make sure I have the resolutions for any issue that has come up. Im not a technically oriented person and their care for me for any issue exemplifies the words of great customer service. There hasnt been but a few times I have had issues with the product, but the support is always friendly, supportive and accessible. Smartwool socks, Arcteryx procucts, Safelight glass and Integrated Smart Technologies have never let me down. I recommend them without any reservations!I had a door-to-door salesman come to my house a few years ago wanting to sell me a home system. I told him I already had one. He asked what brand I had.
