I have been doing business with A to Z for many years and have never had a problem—unless you count when I accidentally ordered the wrong item. But even when I made a mistake, the return and replacement was handled promptly and accurately. I enjoy the personal service we receive on deliveries. I have always had a positive experience with all those making deliveries. I especially enjoy when Charles is our delivery person (which he is most of the time). Charles is friendly, respectful and just a good person to see walk in your door.
