Everytime I come to Party Mart I am greeted and asked if I need any help finding something, which usually I do. Fast and friendly service! Keep up the good work!!

The new location is awesome. Way easier to get in and out of. The staff is knowledgeable and usually very nice. They have a great selection. Prices are a little higher than other stores in Jackson but again they are in a way better location and Im sure it aint cheap to run that store. They also have a large selection of local and non local craft brews.

I really wish other stores would adopt their customer service philosophies. The employees really try to make your experience there as a customer an enjoyable experience. They even make it a point to remember your name. Seriously!

Every time I have been to the new location, I have been greeted warmly by Johann, He is always more than willing to answer questions and give me comparisons on various liquors and wines. The last few times I have asked a lot of questions and he was a WEALTH of information, very knowledgeable about the various liquors. I have shopped at the old location and the staff was nice but not as expert or as friendly as Johann. You need to give that guy a raise!!Also, love the new location, especially the drive-through. And the new place feels much more roomy.I repeat, Johann should get a raise, he is so valuable to your store!

Great selection of craft beers

I love the staff. They are always so helpful and the music is ALWAYS on point. But, can we move the barrels at the front door? They create a bottle neck some times and Im also terrified Im gonna knock something off of them.

My favorite go to spot on the weekend to unwind. Great selection always have someone willing to help. And the drive thru is so convenient especially if youre trying to social distance yourself from others. Check out the website as well

Came in around 9 New Years Eve, minded my business, and proceeded to checkout. the shorter lady seemed to be having a great time with another white customer until she saw me. I’m just going to put it out there that Im Jordanian not white Her WHOLE face and personality changed like i was some returning bum off the streets. Not the first time I’ve dealt with such ignorance but come on lady- we’re all moving right into 2020 what year do you live in?! The place is up to date except they dont have a atm which is very inconvenient at times. The prices are ok and I feel like they do not need to check id every time. I have been there more than 6 times and its annoying when they still as for identification. Do I look underage. Im over 30 yrs of age

Ive gone here most of my life but the people truly make the venue. I can talk to any of them and even when I wanted something expensive I was able to work w them to afford it on a construction salary.They will sell you what u ask for but if you actually care about quality the guys here will make sure they know what your after before you spend all your cash.Its crazy but good service actually does still exist

Great people who know their liquor and beer!

Do not take your adult (over18 under 21) grandkids with you if they point at a bottle they will not sell to you when you get to the check out. After talking to a few friends they do not go to this store they feel they were Discriminated due to there income level. Sad but I will not come back and I will tell my friends. I’m glad they are doing so well my 500.00 over the past year I spent they don’t need

I bought a few of the growlers this past Xmas(2016) for my wife and myself to enjoy. Today, 3/11/17, I returned to vet them refilled. Upon doing so, the boy behind the counter just rinsed one, that had sat opened on a shelf since Christmas, out with water, and the other, that had been closed, and when opened stunk of vinegar, he swished some soap around in. Now, Im cheap, so Im going to drink the beer I played for, but Im Also aware that your practices are a Great way to Poison people. There should be an exchange program in place for sanitation purposes. Which I mentioned about 3 times during our 7 min conversation.

Absolutely love this place. The selection is amazing and the build a 6 pack beer selection is amazing. I drive over a half hour just to shop here. Amazing staff and always friendly and willing to help and try to order new items for the customer.
