Great experience! My son has sleep issues and we knew we needed a better bed for him. Amy LeGrand was amazing at helping us and even asked for my sons opinion on his bed! She had him sample out the beds and lay on them to find just the right one! Her customer service were amazing and she was every bit genuine about the care of her customers! I had taken my mother in law in to get a mattress this afternoon needless to say we walked out without one! The customer service representative who was helping us belittled my mother in law and than proceeded to have an argument with her like a bickering toddler would. This is the second time we have had very distasteful and poor customer service from this company! We decided to try them again after our last fiasco with Ross Furniture over a couch that was under manufacturer warranty and they would not uphold it BIG MISTAKE! If you are looking for a mattress and wonderful customer service GO SEE THE MATTRESS GUYS!!! Now they deserved every bit of the over $500 purchase we made with them!

I went to Missouri Mattress not really knowing what I wanted or needed in a mattress. I talked to Amy LeGrand and explained that I had 3 back surgeries in the past and finding a mattress that was comfortable for me was very difficult. She took the time to listen to me and to really find out what I actually needed because I myself didnt know what was going to work for me and my back. After talking to Amy she put me on a mattress that I absolutely fell in love with. I not only bought the mattress but I also bought the bed frame and I have not looked back or regretted my purchase and I have slept better since my purchase than I have in over 5 years. I no longer toss and turn trying to get comfortable. I highly recommend Missouri Mattress and specifically Amy.
