We spent over an hour talking to the sales team and I was very impressed with their patience and knowledge. They believe in doing things properly and will not offer sub par solutions or lead you down a bad path if you want to save money. They have almost every example I could think of on site which was impressive. I will update this review along the way of the life of our project.

Very Nice people to work with, however, I was told 8-12 weeks from Order date to Completion. Ordered building in January, delivered in March and my building is still sitting on the ground as of today. Ive been told for 2 months it will be constructed next week.Response to Brian, It is my hope that you will do a better job of not just selling your buildings and then lying to customers about the completion time. If this had been disclosed before I bought the building I would have either made another choice or accepted it was going to take 6 months for you to find out you didnt have a crew willing to install my building.Also, I spent a lot of money on site prep based on your start dates and it is just washing away. I guess Ill just accept and eat that cost too?Building was finished in mid July, the installers are super fast and professional. I do like my new building, just wish it was done 3 months ago. Concrete curing adds 2 weeks before you can drive on it.

I ordered a building on August 14 and paid the down payment and the building was delivered on October 28 when we paid the balance to Reeds. Our contract included the erecting the building. We arranged and paid for the pad preparation before they delivered the materials. We are now three months out from delivery and the wood is warping in the pile and have no building. Covid has turned our world upside down, but Reeds did get the right crew for us and we now have our building. Sometimes perfection takes a little extra time. Thank you for sending the greatest installation crew.

I recently purchased a pole type building from the Jackson location. I dealt with Christian Lindsey and he was very helpful and answered all my questions concerning the building. Delivery was made in good time, the three man crew put this structure up in about a week including the concrete. Im very happy with my new building which is 40x 60 x 12 with a 12 foot over hang on the front. Great job guys. Thank you!

Ive tried more than once to do business here, near impossible to get a phone call returned... At least 2 salesmen that I have worked with are no longer there. They are the ones who would actually help you! Such a shame, they have a decent location and seem to be stocked pretty well, just no one there to help you!! Customer service is a must, and they dont have it!

I bought a building from Andrew and he was great to work with. Jeff Fisher assembled the building and also did a great job. Highly recommend Reeds for a metal building.

Terrible customer service. Ordered a riged frame building to be delivered NLT 11 March. Still not delivered. Have tried multiple times to get information on delivery. Have been told 3 times over the last 3 weeks by the salesman that I would get an answer by the end of the day and never received a call back over the entire three week period. Went to see the manager but he wasnt available so I left a message for him to contact me. Three days later I have heard nothing. Unfortunately my concrete has been poured to the specs of this building or I would have already cancelled the order. Update, finally got in to see the manager who said that we were only waiting on the purlins and promised that all would be taken care of.30 Apr 2020 Update: A truck showed up and delivered materials. Upon delivery they requested payment for the building which I provided because the contract stipulates payment upon delivery. I was curious that they did not request payment for a second set of gutters to be added to a different building already on site. Then I noticed that they were not in the shipment so I called back to the manager and asked why, after waiting for so long only on the purlins, that we were now waiting on gutters. I was promised to have an answer as to when they would arrive today.04 May update: after waiting the weekend for a call that didnt arrive, I contacted the manager because over the weekend I noticed that there were not any roof panels or doors. I was told that I was correct, there were other items missing. I asked why they had charged me when the building had not been delivered. He had no answer and didnt attempt one. The manager promises me an itemized list of what is missing tomorrow.06 May update: its been a couple of days and I have heard nothing much less received an itemized list. The contractor called the manager and was told that the roofing, doors, gutters, and jams are also missing and they would all be delivered on Monday.08 May update: It is now Friday afternoon and after waiting for another work week to get my questions answered I again realize that the promise to get me an itemized list was just another lie.12 May update: I havent received word from anyone at Reeds in over a week. I drove the 40 minutes to the office today and was told by the manager that everything would be here tomorrow the 13th and that Id receive a confirmation phone call tonight.13 May update: Contractor showed up and started construction of the building. At this time, it was determined that the list of missing items given to the contractor was incomplete as one set of end columns and I-beams are not here. I did not receive the confirmation call last night so I called Reeds back this morning and was told that the rest of the building was on the way. My building is 40x60 with 40x45 being interior and 40x15 being exterior. Per the contract frame at exposed bay to be painted white. I called back to the manager and asked him why the exterior purlins and braces were not white per the contract. He initially stated that nothing could be done about this. After reading this review, the manager has called me back and has agreed to supply the materials to execute a suggestion from the contractors so I think that we have come to a mutual solution at no additional cost to me.18 May update: We are done. 2 months late, 6 times being told to expect delivery but not called to say they were cancelled, and multiple times being told to expect an update via phone call which did not come. Solution to frame not being painted white probably looks better than had they been painted white. Overall manufacturing of building appears to be very good.Should have been a good experience but due to months of false or lack of communication it wasnt. Review started as 1 star but has been upgraded to a 2 star based upon them rectifying the painted material situation and the quality of the building. Still working a BBB complaint on details so it may be updated again.

Me and my husband have purchased a 40x50 pole barn from Andrew Lindsey and let me tell you how smooth this whole process has been! After picking out everything the pole barn kit was delivered it a week later, than the rain came for the entire month of April. So of course we had to wait on it to stop and dry up to have it put up . But as soon as it dried up one of their contractors (joe miller ) came out and had it put together in 3 DAYS!!!!!!! Joe And his crew were very professional, curious and informative . They let us know each day what time they would be there and what they would be doing . They cleaned up after themselves and fixed any ruts they put in the yard !! Honestly I couldnt be more happier with how everything went . We are in the process of building and that has been a nightmare, but when it came to the shop, everything went so smooth and easy . I HIGHLY RECOMMEND REEDS, ANDREW LINDSEY AND JOE MILLER AND HIS CREW. Thank you guys we love our building and will be sending everyone we know to you !!! By the way we shopped around alot of other places before we picked Reeds and cant nobody touch their pricing !
