The storage unit wasn’t so bad starting off and the employees were nice. After I had it for about a month or 2 I had missing items and looked like things were thrown around. I go to speak to someone and there were new owners. Nobody cared to fix the issue so I got some of my things as I could. Come back again and my things were all damaged by water from the roof leaking with a molded smell. I go let the workers know and they didn’t act on it. I felt as I shouldn’t have to pay for damaged or missing items and I asked for these issues to be solved. At that point I lost everything I spent well money on because of this then they auctioned off my things. I would never go back there. I have never had these problems at the other storage place that I use.

Kim is just the sweetest, most helpful employee here! I was shopping around for a small storage unit, and most other employees at the other local storage places hardly looked at me as a customer. So you can guess what customer service I received. But when I went to Hwy 45 Bypass Storage, Kim greeted me with a welcoming smile, and explained everything about renting a unit where I had no questions to ask. She was very upfront and thorough! I was looking for a small storage unit, called everywhere in Jackson and this was one of the few places that even answered the phone. I’m so glad they did though because not only is it a great price for the unit, but Mrs. Kim and her husband are also SO dang sweet! I loved talking to her when she was getting my information put in, what a great personality!!! We also had a problem with my gate code and they stood in the cold for quite a few minutes figuring it out. Truly went above and beyond, if I could give this location 10 stars I would. Highly recommend!

I went to hwy 45 bypass just to gain some information on different size storage lockers and see what would be the best one for me. Kim was absolutely wonderful in showing me the different sizes and prices of these facilities. I will come back to this place when the time is right.

The hours for getting into the storage are reasonable and work with my working schedule and the prices arent bad either.

I just put some things in here for a couple of months..what do you know..MICE HAD BABIES in there! Disgusting as hell! I left everything and not to mention, the OWNERS ARE RUDE as hell. They dont care thatYour belongings were ruined, they just want your money. They know they have rodent issues. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! I took a video and if I could add it I would!

I had a storage at Guardian/Highway 45 ByPass Storage for about 4 years and I never had any complaints. I never worried about my belongings whatsoever. I always felt safe when I had to go there and get something. Shikita was always so pleasant to deal with. They will definitely be the first place I go to if I ever need to rent a storage facility in the future. I will also highly recommend them to anyone in need of a storage facility. Thanks!

My items are ruined from mold. Roaches crawling all over my things. I dont recommend this place at all. Looking for a climate controlled storage facility as we speak.

I have been dealing with this storage company for 8 years but these new owners are horrible. They are trying to make improvements but not working correctly. Paid my bill in full but still have a lock on the unit. Raising rent for no reason. They are losing customers every day. Will not recommend.

The workers were friendly, but the storage unit that I had was horrible. I lost all my personal possession due to the roof leaking and damaging my things. I was with 45 by pass storage for two years and my things were mildew and wet from months of rain. The account was settled, but the things I valued were destroyed.

Ever since the new owners have taken over this storage its been one thing after the other. First of all....its not a good place to rent from. Ive had a lot of my things ruined in the unit because of mold. Second .....the walls keep coming apart and knocking my stuff over. Third.....we call the office to let them know that its ok to take our pmt from the bank number provided and then they dont do it but somehow we get charged a late fee for their mistake. They dont remember the call but we have proof we called. Its always something with these people! Im fed up with it! And NOW they have a lock on the gate!

I have rented from them alot of years off and on and I never had no problems..my things was just fine.

Upon removing my items from the unit i notice mice droppings every where. while unpacking at home my boxes and bages had been eaten in. by the mouse. also found a.snake skin in a open box that i had.

They up their prices without notice. Almost doubled in the past year since they took over
