StorageMax in downtown Jackson, MS is an outstanding choice for any storage needs. It is clean, safe, well-organized and extremely well managed. The main reason this location is so well managed is Lori, she is always on top of things and conscientious. This level of service is rare, and very much appreciated!

Lori, helped me from beginning to the end of this process. As, a parent of a new college student and needing to move out of the dorms, she was an Angel. I booked my storage in March, and she kept in touch with me until I arrived at her office. You dont see this type of Customer Service anymore. She understood that I was coming from two states over, and was very patient with me. I couldnt have found anyone better!😚

First, I want to compliment the manager, Lori F. What a kind and helpful person; a wonderful manager. I would give her a lot more than five stars, if I could. Great from the get-go. The area is always nice and clean. Really sold on the climate controlled unit, and how my things are secured. Thank you, for sure:)

We had planned to use the storage facility for the storage of our sons college dorm belongings once school (JSU) ended for the summer session; however Ms. Corona a.k.a COVID-19 SHOWED UP ON THE SCENE AND CAUSED US TO HAVE TO SHIFT COURSE and rent the storage unit sooner than we planned. Mind you, my son was returning home to St. Louis, so leaving his things in storage in a totally different state was a little unsettling and this is where the Manager, Ms. Lori (who is a GEM) comes in to play with her AMAZING POSITIVE ENERGY making the entire process easy and comfortable!!!! She even called me back when the need for storage units increased due to COVID-19 to see if we still would need a unit so that we wouldnt miss out on the availability of the size unit we would need. She really made our 1st rodeo at this feel so comfortable and I am so Thankful for her and her positive energy. The facility is very clean. The staff in the front office were very hospitable, friendly and professional. I HIGHLY recommend the Downtown location if you want to feel that your belongings are safe and you want EXCELLENT customer service. They are Amazing! Koo-dos Downtown Team! You are the Best!
