Female receptionist was VERY rude. Almost didn’t purchase because of her service and unwillingness to help an inexperienced mover.

They had trucks everywhere but we couldnt rent one because they were for local use only.

We drove 2.5 hours today to move our daughter. Their “system was down” so we had no truck and no storage unit available. We are very much in a bind....and no one bothered to call or send us a message. We could have rearranged our plans if we had just known!Poor poor business!! Rude staff at the North Jackson facility

I live close to this store every time I come for some propane gas they close they say no pumping on Sundays or they out they got some lazy people working on northview drive

Horribly understaffed for a sunny Saturday afternoon. Long waits . Go somewhere else.

Do not purchase the insurance. I had full coverage and they charged me for insurance. And if you late they charge you for a full day and add insurance. This was my second rental in 30 days and the 1st rental the trailer lights didnt work and I got pulled over by the cops. Horrible service. And they offer no discounts or assume no liability.

I have used this particular U-Haul several times as they are the closest to me. I have never had a problem with them. This location and their staff have actually gone out of their way to accommodate especially in the most strenuous circumstances. I will continue to use this location. I feel that if I ever run into any issues, I can speak to someone to get it resolved. They are that friendly and accommodating.

This U-Haul has its act together. Friendly Staff and Efficient in what they do. Stocked with the supplies you need for moving and the truck to get you there. Also added bonus, this site has a self storage located and run by the nice people of U Haul.

I reserved a truck from Uhaul one month in advance. Less than 48 hrs before pick up, they informed me that my truck would be located an hour away in a different city. Not quite sure what the point of their reservation system is? Will be going with another truck rental service from now on.

Our car that was pulling a uhaul broke down and we needed to switch to a truck, MJ was incredibly helpful in finding us a truck and tow equipment. They didnt have much on hand as they are a small location, but he made a reservation for us and then helped us move our stuff from the trailer to the truck. Super friendly and helpful.

I was evicted from my home. Sheriff Department put my belongings in storage. But when I went to get them do you want manager would not give me an information on which storage was mine! They eventually so my storage without even letting me know when the auction would be! This is awful location to do business. They like taking you your property.

I rented a 1 bedroom truck and they gave me a cargo van. They only have 1 of each vehicle. And that forces me to make more trips and cough up more money. Never again.

This Uhaul rents trailers and sells packing/moving supplies. They even refill propane tanks. Really theyre the same as any modern Uhaul.The store is disorganized and you sometimes have displays and boxes in between you and the counter. The staff acts a little indifferent at times but theyre nice. There is always a wait... regardless if the store is completely empty or not.

U-haul is awful to deal with

Ive returned trucks from one-way rentals to this location on two separate occasions. The staff makes the whole process easy and seamless; two things you need after a long week of moving!

The trucks run almost as smooth as the place itself.
