Im shocked that some reviews have complained about dred guy. I think people judge him before he even speaks. He was really nice and didnt want me to leave. He seemed to really enjoy talking with me. I went in looking a particular guitar. Something in the 3/4 for travel. They had just the one in that Id been looking at online! (Luna safari koa supreme) They it at just the price they run for online as well. He let me try several with no problem and I even asked him to play between another one and the one I was getting so I could hear them from a listener perspective. He gladly did. I bought my purchase and then we discussed how well fender had improved their squier affinity line. Would have stayed longer but my family was out in the car.Here is my guitar after I got her home that night!

I walked into the store and the employee asked what I’m looking for. I told him that I didn’t want to buy anything, but that I wanted to see what they have. I looked the guitars and picked one up, plugged it in, and started playing. I played for around 2 minutes and he watched me the whole time. In a break of my playing he asked if I was going to buy it, I said no, so he came over and turned the amp off, saying something about not wanting to wear out the tubes, and walked away shaking his head in frustration. I left immediately. He made it very clear I was not wanted there. Definitely the rudest guitar store employee I’ve dealt with. I won’t be coming back.

The guy with dreads people are talking about is a great guy that will work with you it’s all about your attitude towards him, he’s always been a nice guy for the few years I’ve been going there

The instructors seemed very nice and tried to be helpful, but Don’t go in here in dirty work boots and expect to be treated like a decent human being. Literally went by to look at a new guitar after working a 12hr shift, and was treated like I couldn’t even afford the clothes I had on. Some of the rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Soon as we walked in the guy was rude for no reason at all!kept mumbling something.Two more guys I and my son witnessed left after being treated bad!Go to pops music much better people there!

The staff was amazing. So helpful with a great selection of guitars, amplifiers and other musical equipment.

So glad we stopped here before looking out of town. Gentleman with the long dreads was really helpful and very accommodating. Was able to order what they didnt have in stock to go with the uke I bought my daughter for Christmas. Will definitely be using them to help with her guitars too.

The guy with the horrible dreads was extremely disrespectful, rolled his eyes and said Jesus Christ at my 11 yo for touching a Korg digital piano, TWICE. My son actually plays piano and I plan on buying him a Korg, but it wont be from here. I dont know if Tom is still the owner, but he never approve of such behavior, even from a knock off Korn wanna be.

The people were extremely rude!!! While we was playing the piano or guitar we could see them mouthing to themselves. They acted like they didn’t want to help us at all!! I won’t be back!!!

Walked in with $700 to check out some guitars. I play acoustic fingerstyle. I do a bit of percussive tapping in some songs. The guy with dreadlocks told me he didnt want me messing up the finish of the guitars by tapping. Ive been playing 25 years, I dont wear any rings. What I was doing wouldnt have damaged anything. If I cant hear what my style will sound like, Im not going to buy anything. He made me feel unwelcome, so I walked out with my $700, Im sure some other store would like a sale today.

GET RID OF THE GUY WITH DREADS!!!I wasnt going to leave this review until I seen the one about the guy with dreads. I went in the store with the money to buy a set of pickups about 9 months ago. I picked out guitars to play that had similar pickups I was looking at, because you cant return pickups for obvious reasons.I had been there about 20 mins, and DIDNT have ANY clothing that would harm the instruments at all. Im a very careful person handling instruments as well.That RUDE guy with the dreads comes over and asks if Im going to buy anything. I act as if I dont understand his point of asking me that. I cant believe at this point hes about to do what he does. He told me to stop playing the guitars if I wasnt going to buy anything. Needless to say I quit playing, and went to Sam Ash in Nashville the next day. There I was greeted with courtesy, and played guitars that allowed me to make the proper decision to buy the best pickups for my tastes.I would love to return to the store when that employee is out of there! I have talked to about 8 to 10 other people that said they cant stand that guy. I HAVE PURCHASED ABOUT $300 to $400 worth of stuff there before this incident. That may not be much compared to some, but take that and multiply it by the other people that have the same experience.I hope the owner gets a chance to see this...

Decent selection of gear and staff was very helpful.

PM has a friendly staff and a good variety of products for a shop this size. Youd have to drive hours to find anything that competes for guitar gear for the average player.

Unfair to customers and customer service is horrible. Ive had a few bad experiences here but never reviewed them today made me never want to shop there again. And its always the guy with the dreads learn what customer service is dude youve been rude to me six times and today was the last time customer lost!

Never have i ever been to a music store and someone tell me not to touch something, this girl told me to stop touching the symbols and i just left immediately afterwards, not only did she say that but the tone and had no respect for me at all.
