We received our party supplies AFTER our kids birthday party. There is no # to call, just address. We just want to return their products and get out money back since we weren’t able to use them.

They made party planning so easy! I found everything I needed quickly, all color and design coordinated, except for forks which were out of stock at the time. Plus the price was a fraction of what Amazon wanted to charge for a similar product.

I was searching for Lilo & Stitch paper plates for my kids who are currently obsessed with the character. I was a little hesitant to purchase at first as I was not familiar with the site but I am so glad that I did. Reading the reviews I was a little concerned about getting the product in time so I ordered a month before the event. Received confirmation the same day my order was placed and it shipped that day. I ordered on a Monday and received them by Friday!! Every step of the way I was alerted about shipping. The party items are adorable!! They seem to have some cute unique birthday sets for those with kids that dont want the popular theme birthday parties.

I had near exactly the same experience as Robin. I ordered October 7 and paid extra so that I would have delivery by the 14th. That was what was advertised on my checkout page. Due to Columbus Day the package was not picked up for shipping until the end of business on Tuesday the 12th. The webpage advertised the company would use either USPS or Fed Ex. One would expect that from Michigan to Western NY either method could have gotten a package to me in four days but USPS ground shipping went from Jackson MI to Mobile AL back to Rochester NY before coming to me late on Monday the day after the party. I started talking to Tara G the customer service rep via email mid-week while my package was still in transit and she gave me verbatim the robotic explanation provided to Robin last year. Tara G. is helpless to do anything to actually resolve a problem- this company truly doesnt care if you receive your package in time. I asked twice to have my complaint escalated to a manager or legal but its all on Tara G. -- she is the one who answers the phone and her manager only is there part time and doesnt return messages. She is the only person to respond and she is powerless and believes or has been told it is impossible for a business to refund shipping costs or even split the difference in shipping to mitigate a customers loss. Clearly the manager or the owner do not value business relationships or this business is running on a shoestring and has zero margin to cover an error. A business that cares will work outside of their confusing, contradictory and misleading web page statements to fix a problem or make you whole. As Robin filed her comment last year you would have thought a decent company would have appreciated the feedback and fixed the contradictions regarding shipping on their page. The company has offered a merchandise refund if I ship the package back but refuses to cover shipping costs so I will be out twice the shipping costs if I return the product or else be out the cost of the merchandise I had to replace at the last minute. Im very disappointed in this experience. I have thrown over 30 parties in the last ten years and am a repeat customer for many business. I have only had good experiences with companies like Oriental Trading and other competitors. I will not use this company again.

Havent order from there yet... they dont ship to Canada... what a bummer

Waste of time! 3 packs of invitation came with NON STICK envelopes! What an inconvenience and to top it off their sole customer rep says our website does not state that the envelopes have adhesive . Save yourself a headache.

I chose 3 day shipping with an order date of October 1st. I didnt receive the supplies until October 6th. When I contacted the company they said, The shipping method that was selected was 3 business days. The shipping day does not count as a transit day. It shows on the tracking that it will be delivered to you today which would be in the 3 business day time frame. We are unable to issue a refund due to the package getting to you on time. I apologize for any inconvenience. Enjoy your day.. Even if a transit day was included i should have had my package on the 5th. When I checked out on the day of purchase, it said my package would arrive on the 5th. I wouldnt use this company because their system was dishonest, and customer service was unwilling to do anything about the package arriving a day late.

Order came within 2 days and I didnt pay for expedited shipping. They would have gotten 5 stars, but they didnt have an item that I ordered so I had to just get a refund.
