I needed a new pillow and mattress pad. The customer service woman I worked with was excellent. Helped me make my decision on both items. Mattress pad had to be ordered and another service person handled it for me and told me she has both products and loves them. Her experience was reassuring to me. Easy check out and very pleasant staff.

I love this BB&B. They are usually very well stocked however, today they did not have one single 8 or 9 cake pan. Wiped out. Everyone must be baking cakes for the holidays. I did snag a great deal on an artisan cast iron 6qt pot. Perfect for baking no knead bread. $30 off the usual price. 👍

Its so challenging if you need to return an item or adjust the bill with a coupon. The staff is very helpful but this company needs to up their game on retail systems.

I went here with my fiance yesterday to do my wedding registry and the service was fantastic. Margaret was very helpful in recommending us the products / brands that are best. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Was very patient with us and did not rush us at all. Everyone in the store was very nice and congratulated us. Very satisfied with my experience and will defiantly be coming back to this store.

Ordered Dyson Vacuum cleaner online for store curbside-pick-up. Ended up going into the store to pick it up myself after waiting outside for more than 15 minutes. No big deal, I dont mind going in. But I do mind paying for a item that had been used and returned to the store by another customer and has the charger cord missing. This item was supposed to be a gift, after picking the item up from the store I drove 82 miles, handed it over as a gift and coming to find out that it had been a returned item with the part missing. To say I am upset would be an understatement, I am livid!! I expected to purchase a new, still factory sealed product with all parts inside the box! When the gift recipient opened the box she noticed it had been taped over with clear tape where it had been opened previously. Now I have to go out of my way to return the item to the store, what a waist of time. Be aware of the fact that this store puts previously returned items with missing parts back on the store shelf and is making customers believe that they are purchasing a brand new item.

This store has got to be the best location Ive ever been in! I went in with something I needed to return, I wanted to join their new club and I needed to buy a few things. These ladies were GREAT! The lady that helped me was friendly, patient, smiled the entire time and helped me even though she could have left for her lunch hour.It was one of those errands I was dreading... they actually made it unbelievably painless and pretty pleasant. Thanks ladies! Im definitely going to make a return trip!

It was difficult to navigate the towel Department because there were carts and other store owned things in the aisles obviously left there by employees. A lot of the towels were in disarray. The oven mitt I wanted was not priced anywhere either on the shelf or on the item. Its a good thing they send out discount cards otherwise I wouldnt go back. The checkout lady was very nice though

Its a large and fully stocked store, with helpful staff. It has sections for anything that you need, including deck and patio or for healthy food eaters. If you ever want a keurig or a big ol fluffy pillow, this is the place to get it.

A very nice Best Buy that has a goid mix of inventory. Parking isnt the best - its limited and at times theres a walk and it can be bad in the rain, but the store itself is well organized and clean with extremely helpful staff. During Back To School, they have a specialist in college and achool prep who will take you through the process, tell you what you might need (and dont) and make recommendations which is very helpful.

Employee helped us search the store for an item whose inventory was showing 2 but wasnt on the shelf, we were shopping for a registry so wanted that particular item and it wasnt available online or in-stock anywhere else in town.

Extremely over crowded. Things all over the floor and its hard to even use a shopping cart. Same items in other places like Walmart, Kmart, and target for much cheaper so its definitely suggested to shop other places also for price comparison.Staff was very nice and friendly except the ladies at the at customer service.

Staff always greets me happily and not only tells me where I can find what I need but takes me straight to it and helps me find the exact size, color, whatever specifications I have and find it on sale since they carry so many equivalent brands

On the plus side, it has a little bit of everything. On the negative side, it has a little bit of everything except room to move around.
