The company installed two cameras for us at two different job sites. The cameras were installed well. However, when it came to following up on connecting them to our “network”, they totally dropped the ball. There were multiple times that a technician was supposed to come out and hook the cameras up to our “network” but simply did not show up. Plus they had been paid in full at that point.They explained that we may need various software or firmware updates to make the connection happen. I understand how they may be forced to wait upon Uniview for those various updates. However, having been paid in full and just not showing up several times when they said they would is very poor service. I think any reasonable person can understand that. I would NOT recommend this company for any audio/visual work.

I entered into a contract with Marcells previous company upon meeting and speaking with his business partner Rob. Rob was an honest and reliable man and most importantly true to his word. Unfortunately Rob passed away unexpectedly, the business was terminated and Marcell started this new company Ecave. Well now that we are having problems with our AV system, Marcell advised us that the company we purchased $20k of equipment and service from less than 1 year ago is out of business and therefore ECave will not provide us with warranty assistance. I would strongly encourage you to find a local company that has been in the market for many years and has an excellent track record of customer service. Wish I had, instead I have been calling AV manufactures for equipment warranties and still have to another $3-5k with another AV service company for installation and programming.
