THIS IS NOT A REVIEW OF THE PHARMACY. Clean store that has convenient products when you need them. Not overly expensive, but some items are higher priced than other stores for the same product.

Tried doing my walk-in covid test… as it says ON THEIR WEBSITE…. then i’m informed “oh… well it’s only by appointment” … LOL awful customer service. seriously walgreens.. people are coming to YOU in their time of need for medications, vaccines, questions, etc during a global pandemic, but you’re too incompetent to update your website, you’d rather shoo away sick people. 👍🏽 seems like a great business!! i’ll be sure to move all my pharmacy needs to publix from now on, as i’m helped with a smile and always with better customer service.maybe management should take the time to read the reviews of how disgusting and rude your employees are and FIX. IT. it’s genuinely sad.

There is a reason why I no longer do any business with walgreen. All my prescriptions are now at Publix and anything else cvs.I made an appointment over the phone, get there a was told I didnt have one, but there could get me in 30-45 minutes, but because of there was other people waiting and signed in. why did they taking care of those other people, why was there a line of people waiting. why wasnt i told that i had to wait. I rushed from another appointment to this appointment and had another one at 11am.

One of the better Walgreens honestly. The staff does their job with no attitude. They even have a tourist section with beach accoutrements and souvenirs.

Disagree with some others. This is my fave Walgreens, around town. The staff is always friendly. And if you need beachy stuff, they always have.

Dont get covid tests here If u tryna fly not gonna come in time

Today is 10/04/21, very very very disappointed with women working at pharmacy counter,she wasted my time.I will move to publix pharmacy.

The absolute worst pharmacy to ever exist in all of Jacksonville. And I am not a complainer. This pharmacy is a joke and it’s been this way for years. Customer service could not be worse.

I knew what I needed. I ran in to get it. The wait at the register was about 12 minutes.Very nice people I just believe like many they are understaffed. No photos sorry

None of the women in the pharmacy should be in healthcare.

I just took a COVID test at the drive thru a couple hours ago and Ive already received the results. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you!

Worst experience I’ve ever had at any Walgreens EVER!!!! There was a Man following me and my friend around the whole store. Then proceeds to take a photo of us. My friend made me aware of what was happening so I called out the man. Then upon checking out we alert the cashier, who then LAUGHED at us and asked the gentleman a question about the cash register. He’s actually an employee there and that made the whole situation even more awkward! I’ve never felt so violated or uncomfortable in my whole life. In a Walgreens. In my own town. WILL NEVER RETURN. Will also be calling corporate.

Very well stocked with everything. Great staff - use the pharmacy alot. Love this place.

Pharmacy needs 15 minutes to answer the phone at 7pm on a Monday.

Nice stuff, helpfull. Was hard to find items that I wanted to buy, because at the Walgreens that I shop, Items placed differently.Yesterday I went to use the restroom, I run out as soon as I walked inn . I cant even describe it

The staff was very helpful. I came to visit Jacksonville Beach from out of town and had to ask for directions. These people were very kind to me very professional. They made sure everything was taken care of for me.

Low amounts of staff, but its well stocked and well priced. Staff, while minimal, is usually friendly. Its right on beach and its a good place to go if you need a walgreens style place.

Worst customer service I have ever received at any store. The Assistant Store manager, Mr. Knight, has absolutely no customer service skills; saying I have checked my cameras and that is not where you picked it up from, after being in the back room for literally one minute and wasting your time checking the cameras over $1.30 is completely ridiculous . I did not care about paying the $1.30 extra, but the way I was treated was wrong. If your merchandise was not placed in the right spot, all you need to do is apologize and explain that it was misplaced, not make it seem like someone is trying to steal or cause a scene over $1.30.

Great customer service!

So convenient!! Stopped in for a quick minute around 11pm and service was good. Restaurants and such outside were buzzing and people on the street so i didnt feel unsafe going in.

It’s restroom was out of paper towels and any other dryer. I am aware that this issue doesn’t affect a grocery store quality, it does affect the costumer service though!

Worst pharmacy ever!!!!! The pharmacist are so rude and lazy. I cant even explain how much money they cost me Im prescriptions because they are to stupid and lazy the call the insurance companies. I had to switch to cvs ( they are awesome) i ever had a problem with cvs which just shows how AWFUL WALGREENS IS. They are so rude and useless. Dont waist your time or money on this place they are not worth the stress .

Awful pharmacist that needs to learn what RXOPEN IS especially when they’re store is on the list and participates in it .. my family and I are in a hotel due to the damage sustained from hurricane Michael all pharmacies and doctors offices are crushed and no phones available for the entire Panama City rx open is a program that gives you refills on your meds for 30 days because of natural disaster and they looked at me like I was insane for mentioning it and needing my medication the lady joked and laughed about my mother being out of work because of the storm people died in it was awful they are all extremely rude and need a wake up call I am contacting corporate... maybe a lawyer luckily I went to another Walgreens and the head pharmacist knew what rx open was and had all the paperwork already on standby some people need to study what they’re store is involved in and learn something.

Generally the staff is friendly but everything is orderly and well kept.

Great for late night emergency shopping. Convenient location for the beach.

Tried to get a passport photo- there were only two people staffing the entire store with huge lines. Photo deptartment clerk was stressed that i was asking for help and I cant blame her- poor management.

The worst customer service staff and management EVER! The store smells bad and management always threatens to call the police when you asked to complain. Plus they never have anything you need in stock. Extremely horrible.

Came in here at night time and didnt feel safe. Didnt see the cashier at first either.

The cashier wasnt very friendly, gave us a weird look when we used a coupon, and wanted to pay with points.

I walk through the door and was greeted with rudeness and hostility Im taking my business elsewhere.

Worst Pharmacy. I went there to get my prescription, there was nobody ahead of me, I was told it would take 15-20 minutes. They served the people who arrived after me. I waited in pain for 30 minutes. I will never go there again.

Everything you need from a Walgreens with the addition of tons of beach gear. Hats, sunglasses, umbrellas, beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards...
