Great bookstore! They have TONS of discounted books that I either wanted to finish a series or new books that I am excited to read! The staff was super friendly and helpful and the store was clean.

Whats not to like in a store full of books? This particular store was a little messy, but also clearly putting away to inventory. The coffee shop guy was more interested in something away from his post so it was difficult to get the extras I needed for my coffee, otherwise the staff was friendly and tried to be helpful.

New or used there is a great selection of books here.

Everyone was helpful, great selection. The barista was awesome and came to accept the next customer in line to be checked out in the cafe!

I could literally live in this store. If you love books, or journals, or knick-knacks/novelties/weird unexpected awesome clearance items... this is the place for you! It is like a theme park for bookworms. I could never get bored here.

A Lot of sale items but not organized by category. Okay sci-fi fantasy section. Their trying to hard to do everything by doesnt feel organized. Staff was nice.

The bookstore itself is great as is the staff. But I definitely want to warn against taking advantage of the free magazine subscription offer that comes with the BAM rewards program. The company that runs the magazine subscription is QUITE shady and after 2 phone calls I am STILL in the process of trying to cancel my free subscriptions & getting my money refunded. Definitely say no to the magazine offer and I would strongly encourage Books a Million to stop doing business with that company immediately!

This place feels less like a book store and more like a nerd themed store. Yeah, theres a lot of books, but the focus seems to be more on toys, gimmicks, and crystals than actual books. Plus, theyre a little pricey for all their stuff.

This place has a huge selection of books and book related items. I love it for that reason. But if you want to sell books that you own to them, they pay very little...

Some people like reading books electronically but thats not my style. Like music, give me vinyl, nothing like it. Same with books, you hold it, turn the pages, smell the book. Nothing like it. If you like the real book experience, try books-a- million.

Its a book store so it almost has to be great. I would give them 5 stars if they stopped pushing the staff so hard to try to sign us up for magazines. No means no. I dont want any unnecessary magazines piling up at my house. If I seemed interested even a little bit maybe they could push the sale. But every time I go on there I say NO and they keep asking.The bookstore itself has a coffee shop, a nice selection of gifts and toys as well as a good selection of books. The sections are labeled fairly well. The store it kept clean. I do recommend Books-A-Million to anyone. I have given lots of gift cards for birthday gifts and everyone seems to enjoy getting them.

I wanted to browse some guides for our upcoming trip to Italy. I couldn’t find the travel section but I found a sales associate that happily helped me find what I was looking for. Great service and good selection.

Great customer service. They didnt have the book my daughter needed for summer reading, so they ordered it for her and had it shipped to our house at no additional cost. Everyone who works there are always knowledgeable and friendly.

The bookstore is dying! And Im one of the reasons why. I hadnt been in one in a year and when I went into this one, it looked like it was going out of business. The shelves were half filled and the middle aisle disorganized. I remember going into book stores and feeling happy. This one made me sad. I didnt talk to anyone, but the staff were all smiling and seemed friendly. Maybe they were in between shipments, which is why I bumped them up a star.

Love hunting for Funko Pops and they have a nice selection.

My husband was looking for two particular books. He asked the ladies there for help because he couldnt find them. They were very efficient and very pleasant. They used tablets and found both of the books he was looking for.

We love Books a Million! We stopped by to pick up the yearly planner. The staff are all friendly and we always find what we need. This location has a nice coffee shop in the front and they usually keep the public restroom clean.

I just want to clarify on Gerald Starbucks issue. Not only does he seem to think that everyone is out to lie to and trick him 🙄 (Im sure they made an honest mistake that he wants to think was intentional). He says they wouldnt accept any payment other than a gift card, this is simply not true. When ordering a book online, even if the cashier does it for you, you have to use the same payment methods as if you were ordering at home, as it doesnt go through the register, rather it goes through the Books-A-Million website. The staff attempts to accomodate you by offering to use a roundabout method for you to be able to use cash to purchase a gift card so that it can be applied to the order, if you refuse to pay with a credit or debit card. Gerald just obviously doesnt know how online orders work and wants to blame it on the people trying to help and go out of their way to accomodate him.

It was a great experience. The guy whom sadly I forgot his name but was 19 helped me out new the store very well and understood what I was looking for. When they didnt have it in the store he ordered a book that sounded like what I needed. We went thru many books online before we picked one. He was patient and the other workers seemed to be there and they worked as a team. I havent received my book yet but I am excited to. I was just there right before New Years.

Fantastic! Number one book store.

Absolutely worthless. The service I received was simply inexcusable. I only attempted to order a book that they didnt have in stock. They insisted that I pay with a gift card, they would not accept any other payment method. It soon became clear why. They knowingly ordered a different title, which cost more, and intentionally hid it from me. When I discovered the (mistake), they refused to refund my money. I had to threaten to call the police to convince them to honor my simple, reasonable request. Dont ever shop there, they will only attempt to rip you off.

Books-A-Million is a cozy bookstore with a cafe. People are bustling around and looking at books. The service is good on many days and their variety is excellent. The books are not always tag price. Many books can be found in a clearance area.

The best Books-A-Million! Staff were extremely helpful in finding the book my son was looking for, and super nice as well! Go to this one if you are in the area. If not, make the drive. :)

Renovation has place in a mess.Sunshine State book list came out in May, but they still dont have copies of most and none located in recommended reads. Paid too much for a paperback book ($17).

Great staff and very helpful. I was looking for a book for school called Thunder on the River: The Civil War in Northeast Florida. It took them awhile to find said book, but once they did, everything else went smoothly.

Books-a-Million sensors the books they will or will not carry. When you have to order a book they do not carry, it takes weeks to get it. Then you might not receive it at all. Had to order a book from Amazon and received it in two days with free shipping. Books-a-Million is a dinosaur and it is no wonder why their stores are closing one by one by one. Bye guys!!!!

The people were very helpful! I was looking for some St. Patricks Day books I had read about in the newspaper. Books were nice but wrong. The coffee was delicious!!!!

Completed my Dragon Drive Manga collection here the other day..I just Really think they need to make more strides to be like Barnes and Noble.Carry more Bandai Model Kits and Figures then SH Figure Arts stuff then the place will be a nice worthy rival to where I go for all my nerdly needs.

I only purchased one book, a hardcover $26. The cashier tried to sell me on a discount card, then revealed that it was a $25 cost. She then described that for the holidays if I bought $100 of gift cards an additional $10 would be added. I expressed disinterest in both offers. Then she pulled out a special rewards card and said I would save half the cost of the original $25 card by signing up for the special rewards and saving a percentage on my purchase. I responded no thank you. The cashier then asked if Id like to sign up for a free magazine club, I said no, which she responded to with, You just dont like magazines.

Good variety of books but few places to sit unless youre in the cafe. Few staff were visible for the size of the store
