I kept hearing a thumping on my tire and I pulled over in their parking lot not even realizing that it was an auto place saw there was a big screw in my tire. So walked in and asked if there any way they could help me, it wasnt even 10 minutes later they had it fixed for me at a wonderful price. Everyone was wonderful. Im 61 years old and just want to say this place is worthy of every review you read. I have never done business with a more honest ethical repair shop in my life.

Fantastic local business! Ive been taking my familys cars here for over 10 years and theyve always taken great care of us. They may be busy at times but will let you know up front when they can get you in and fixed. Honest, fair prices, open communication and some of the nicest people youll run across. I wouldnt think of taking my cars anyplace else.

These guys are honest as they come. Toyota gave me a diagnosis I thought sounded off, brought it here, they got me straightened out for a quarter of the price.

They are completely honest about what my car needs, and tell me if its something that can wait. They are upfront about pricing and call if they find something is a bit more than they quoted to begin with. I use them exclusively now!

Weve been going here for years for oil changes and most auto issues. You want to be able to trust the people who work on your cars. Youll get that here, in fact, when youre told you need an expensive repair elsewhere, go see Buster and crew for a second opinion!

Ive only gone to see Buster & his crew twice, but I will definitely keep going to see them. He called me this morning letting me know that I needed all new calipers, pads & 2 new rotors. I have discs front & back. He EASILY could have sold me 4 new rotors, I wouldnt have questioned him. But he said, Your front rotors are fine, should be for awhile. Saved me $100. Im glad to take my Jeep to a privately owned local shop. I look forward to seeing them again.

This excellent repair shop has been doing the work on all of our cars for five years and weve yet to have anything but a good experience with them. They are honest, do what they say they will do, and give you straight advice about what is needed on your car rather than trying to sell you services or parts you do not need. They always check with you before they spend your money. Then, when they do the work on your car, they have the car ready on schedule and for the price as quoted or lower, never higher. Ive recommended them to a number of people and they too are now regular satisfied customers. Highly recommend this shop to everyone.

Beach Auto was recommended to me by a friend. She said they were the one honest Auto Repair in Ponte Vedra that she knew of and she used and trusted them for years. I took my 87 Dodge Van RV to them with an electrical problem and they repaired quickly and I was on my way for 70.00. No hesitation to recommend this honest and knowledgeable shop. Also seem very nice people but too busy to get to know during my short visit. Thank you Carol.

I came for a simple routine oil change. Not too long after I was driving and the car shut down. I had to steer off the road and almost got in an accident. After being inspected it was found that the oil cap had not been put on tightly and the dipstick was broken. Pretty sloppy job on a routine oil change. The engine needed to be cleaned out. I called and spoke to the owner to see if they could help considering that they are the ones that messed up. The owner offered no help or compensation. DO NOT COME HERE. The techs are so incompetent they couldnt even do a routine oil change. I may have to replace the engine now, all out of pocket. Disappointing considering that I prefer to support local business. I will never come here again. I would give zero stars if it was an option.
