We just had new flooring for our entire 2nd floor and all stairs done and their pricing was good and service was great.

Wonderful people to do business with!Carpeting and flooring arrived when John said that it would and the instal date was on time as well!!I could not be happier with the quality of my selections or the excellent service I received.Above all else, they are honest!!

Great job! We have had hardwood floors and carpet done in two different houses by Beaches Flooring and Decorating, they did not disappoint. We would highly recommend them to anyone

Horrible Customer Experience 😞I was trying to sell my home which was carpeted and thought it may be good to replace with Vinyl Plank. Supposedly John had a GREAT DEAL on Vinyl Plank but he said I needed to order then so it would be ready if I decided to replace my carpet. He indicated since it was not a discontinued flooring it would be no problem to return my money if my house sold and no longer needed. Well, my house did sell and I did not need but John’s story was then his business was so slow, he could not afford to reimburse me for the Vinyl Plank in his warehouse. VERY POOR customer service and if his business is that bad, he honestly has a bigger problem than reimbursing me.I did get my Vinyl Plank that I purchased but had to pay extra$$$ to have it moved to NC and truly not sure what I am going to do with it.I DO NOT recommend doing business with Beaches Flooring & Decorating!

Writing as a PSA, I would advise anyone to avoid this business. I had the worst experience out of decades of homeownership and home improvement projects. Owner gave me bad advice, cut corners on installation and floor failed within two months due to faulty installation then owner refused to accept responsibility. He advised me to get insurance to pay him to do job over again as that seems to be his MO, rather than follow what other flooring installers do to make sure a product lasts. A similar review I found after having the problem seems to be taken off now with someone very unhappy at floor failing and owner not accepting responsibility. Don’t be fooled by the small business/mom and pop appearance that might lead you to think you will get good service here.
