My eight-year-old had really done a number on his iPad screen… Some of the inside parts were visible, pieces of glass missing, extensive damage. When I brought the iPad in, first the clerk pulled up online what I could spend to purchase a new iPad compared to fixing my old one. I thought this was just an unbelievable gesture, he was just trying to make sure I was informed and knew what I was going to be spending. I opted to fix the old iPad, my son‘s apps and games are on there and we wouldn’t have to spend time setting up the new iPad. I just picked it up, it looks like a brand new device, you would never know that it was used. We will continue to bring all of our cell phones and devices to this place for repairs, the best!

I just visited the 3rd Street location to have an IPhone 8Plus screen fixed. I was on my short lunch break and in a hurry, but Calob was able to get it changed out quickly. He was super friendly and professional. I had been dealing with a cracked screen for more than a year (honestly because I was too cheap to get it done). But I wish I had gotten it fixed sooner - the price was totally doable! The 5-Star reviews make sense. I dont plan to ever break my phone again (LOL), but if I do, I know where to go and who Im recommending!

Taking back my 5 star rating to a -5. Having my cracked screen fixed within 10 minutes gave me a “shatter proof screen” that is not the correct size for my phone. Because the screen he put on was too small my phone cracked again from the corner the screen didn’t reach. I paid him $100 dollars that he won’t refund me.Have fun with this guy.oh by the way he makes you give him an initial positive review.

Had an iPhone XS screen repair there and iPhone didn’t work. The shop blamed apple, apple blamed the shop. Was a total loss, Verizon wouldn’t take phone back because non authorized parts were used and I had to buy a new phone. The shop was indignant, accused me of dropping the phone and kept the $20 deposit I’d made on my iPad which I won’t take.I realize now why they don’t take credit cards. If you give them cash they will just keep it.

Wow well all I did was just now was called and the guy answered and said he needed to get to a computer, I told him what I needed for two items, the charge port, he said 60 something, the battery 40 something okay so with that being said, something is not a definite price. Its either or somewhere between, there I no exact figure, hell I could have rounded to 42 but there was no exact numbers . I asked if they give a discount like everyone else because they have to go the phone anyway. His response was well we are the cheapest around if you had a better price make sure they give you a warranty. He immediately went off unprofessional, very. I will be reported them as being rude to a person that only tried to get information. I let it roll over and just said okay can you tell me the total. His response I dont have a calculator right now, you just need to add 60 something plus 40 something, now lets be clear I dont work for so therefore I dont your exact numbers. Its stupid and he got upset just because I asked a question. A tip, remain professional at all times. You have no idea who you are dealing it and I will be spreading he word about your bad business. It deserves a 0 zero rating. Every other company I called very professional.

Ive broken numerous iPhones over the years and have had to get them fixed at different places. By far Re-Konekt (V specifically) has had the best customer service. Shattered my screen this time and couldnt get it to sync with iTunes. V was able to fix it within just a few minutes. Other stores may fix your phone just as well, but the customer service/friendliness is what stands out!
