Red head Bar tender was awesome and they have decent wings. An intimate bar setting where the locals go it seems. They played some groovy house music which is kinda rare in this area

Evidently we are out of their age range and that was apparent in their service. Got balsamic-onion cheese & port wine cheese. It was fine. Would have liked more chartcuertee options & better service.

We come here every year when we visit family in Jacksonville. Its our favorite place for a bottle of wine and a few cigars on the patio. Very friendly and welcoming place. This year we went on a Sunday night and had a bottle of J wine for 40% off. Its a great place to relax near the beach. I think its close to the pier also. Theyve added entertainment and open mic nights. We spend most of the time with family but this is our one getaway. Theres plenty of parking on the street and in a lot across the street. I would consider it to be a somewhat trendy place compared to a lot of the dives in Jacksonville Beach. If you are in the area and want a relaxing stop, this is the place to go. They have a lounge are with comfortable seating and a big screen TV. I hope they can keep the place going with the style theyve chosen. Make it your mandatory stop.

We were very excited visiting The Wine Bar on vacation. The website indicated they would be open on Wednesday night and having a wine 🍷 tasting. Well, they were closed without any website updates.

Didnt think Id like a place like this but I actually enjoyed myself. Ended up buying a $80 bottle of rose (was 50% off) and took a few jello shots with some of the other patrons. You can play poker and black jack here too and you earn credit to play if you buy bottles.

Awesome place for indulging. Great martinis, cakes, sweets of all types. Even charcuterie plates and more. Friendly attentive staff. Great happy hour deals. But go early because it gets crowded.They even gave me two chocolate covered strawberries on the house for my birthday. Very sweet!

Another Jacksonville Beach classic must-stops. Thomas and David are the best and friendliest bartenders and have great recommendations. I recently moved and will sorely miss this place. Theres a special every night is the week, and the 1/2 price bottles on Sunday & Monday are my favorite. The chambongs are interesting and I dont think Ive seen them anywhere else. I like the cheese platter and the wine tasting are fun, too. They have beer and some other options for those in the crowd who dont like wine (weirdos).

Rude bouncer, negative energy. Bouncer wouldn’t let us in. Said we had been walking around the area for 45 minutes stumbling when we had just gotten to the beaches area maybe ten minutes ago. Assumed my friends and I were drunk when in actuality we hadn’t even been to a bar yet, and we were only trying to get into this place because it was the only one without a line. I’d recommend maybe not turning away customers because it looks like the place is really hurting for some.

Nice quaint wine bar at athe beach. I tried the wine tasting for 10.00 which included bar snacks. Definately would come again. There are also paint nights and kaoroke.

Love the wine! They have a great selection. The atmosphere was great. The problem came when we met the waitress Seanna. I am not super knowledgeable about wine and when I asked for something I got an attitude and a menu shoved in my face. If you are going to work at The Wine Bar I would expect you to be able to help the novice with his wine choice. I finally came to a decision after looking at the 200+ selection that Seanna rudely gave to me. The merlot I got is awesome! Seanna dropped the check off and ran off like we did not matter. Probably will not come back. I can get wine anywhere. Dont need the attitude.

Great local bar. Large selection of wines. Needs more beer and better food selection. Coffee machine is down and needs fixing. Now... Every time I go there I talk to someone that I didnt know before. Great place to make new friends and bestpeople watchspot in the beach short of the beach itself. Something going on every night of the week. Open mic for musicians on Sunday, bring your own axe. Went there once and got hooked. Owner is there constantly and the staff is super nice. Loud inside but nice in the patio where you can carry a conversation and smoke. Go go go.

Great atmosphere and wide selection of red and white wines. All cocktails are made with a champagne or wine base, so dont look for liquor here. Beer selection is highly limited, and only available in bottles. Venue is extremely small with limited seating at the bar, and some patio seating. Non smoking interior, patio is smoker friendly.Live bands do play here on the weekends, but the atmosphere is very calm and relaxed with a much more mature crowd than other locations nearby. Dont expect a club atmosphere in this venue.The staff is extremely helpful and very friendly, ensuring repeated visits. They do carry wine from several smaller vineyards, and sampling is allowed. Sundays and Mondays are half priced bottles, so be sure to stock up on preferred bottles.Overall, venue is great for quiet dates, or just a calm and relaxing evening for sipping wine.

Absolutely loved our experience here! Thomas was so knowledgeable about the wines they serve! He was an awesome bartender. We wanted to spend the whole day with him!! We cant wait to come back and try some more wine!

The staff is always fantastic and it is a great place to have a good glass or bottle of wine and a cigar. The best staff member is the fluffy dude behind the bar. 10 out of 10 would drink again.

We enjoyed some tasty draft beers and coconut sake (yum!) while munching on good spinach artichoke dip and playing Connect 4. Happy hour specials, friendly service, and great ambiance (comfortable seating) make this place special.

Wine selection is great. I would not suggest eating here though. Food tasted microwaved. Eat somewhere else first then come here for the wine and music.

Great atmosphere. Music most nights but mostly limited to one man. Loud enough to feel it but not so that you cant talk (and if it is you just need to ask). Jesse, Melissa, Chris, Thomas et all will make you feel welcome.

The Wine Bar stays ahead of the local fads from White Claws to Two Chicks, they even have CBD infused drinks! Absolutely make sure you try a chambong and if champagne isnt your thing, I would recommend using a White Claw or High Noon instead.There is food available as well and it is all delicious: sandwiches, paninis, flatbreads, salads, cheese boards, etc..

Showed up several weeks ago, and the bartender treated us like we were wasting his time. Dropped in just to see the menu and whatnot a few days prior and the female bartender was outgoing and inviting, but the guy who served us when we showed up for drinks didnt seem to care for patrons.
