I enjoy shopping here. I shop here frequently. I almost always find what I need and more. The buffet is amazing. The butchers and deli area are great, I e never seen a line. Staff is excellent.

Ordered on line for a pickup order. It was a perfect situation. Kept me informed as to the fulfillment. Was ready when I arrived. Staff was exemplar. We will definitely use on line order and pickup again.

If you are a health conscious individual who has a passion for eating healthy, theres no better store at the beaches of Jacksonville Florida than whole foods market. Be prepared to spend a lot of money. If boneless skinless chicken breast is about $2 in most places its $6 here, however its completely organic. They do take pride in buying all of their foods from organic farmers and locations. The raspberry amaretto cookie may just be the best tasting cookie ever made. The shortbread is unbelievable. The hot bar is also fantastic but its going to cost you quite a bit to eat lunch so be prepared. I definitely recommend whole foods and it just goes to show you the Jacksonville beaches is now a destination for the hungry!

The butchers are always extremely friendly and helpful. The manager offered to grind some lamb for me when they ran out of the prepackaged meat on sale. My order was not ready when I returned the next day. He then surprised me with giving me a free pack of meat. It was such a thoughtful gesture! I will definitely continue to shop here.

Bought a fruit tart at Whole Foods in Jax Breach. Spent $25 on the tart. It was awful. The tart melted and the fruit had mold on it. Waste of money and HUGE disappointment. Ruined my daughters birthday. She came here to celebrate and the tart was a huge dud. I will think twice about buying products at Whole Foods bakery.Had communication with Whole Foods customer service who refused to do anything. Too bad they would let $25 fruit tart to cause them to lose customer.

Initially when I went to whole foods I was expecting to be critical because of its Amazon association blah blah blah. Instead, I was really surprised at the pricing here. It was no more than a Publix and then some items even less but overall much more attractive of meat, fish and vegetables. To be able to buy quality organic goods and meats at prices comparable is very appreciated. I didnt find everything I was looking for but thats okay I didnt expect to. I liked the lighting in the store which was very reminiscent of the goodbye to get at a Wegmans up north. All of the staff I encountered were helpful and friendly. I will shut there again and maybe even order online to my Amazon prime account for pickup.

Hugh variety of foods, the produce is beautiful, you going to pay more for organic. My 2st time at this Whole Foods. I was able to buy a product which local markets dont have, I like the spicy sausage. Beautiful market.

This is a great Whole Foods location. The building is new, modern, and clean. The employees are also very kind and helpful. They also have some tables inside, so you can eat there if you want to as well.

Beautiful, new store. I come here every time I am in the area and need some healthy and organic foods, especially produce. Their produce always looks so fresh and it tastes the best. Their prices are decent and they have a large selection of health foods.

The food bar is getting better and better, well cooked and delicious. Can almost bypass restaurants and the risk of getting food poisoning!

I love this whole foods. The bakery, deli and hot/cold bars are full of amazing choices. I stop here every time Im in Jacksonville for the Mayo Clinic, very conveniently located!

This Whole Foods is spacious, clean and well stocked. The lighting is good and the staff were kind and friendly.

Love this store! They have a salad bar, soup bar and a hot plate bar! So much to pick from! Love there deli area as well! It is pricey but worth it!

I went there in which it was a long distance to where I live, but I thought I would try it anyway. I will never go back, I will stick to Fresh Market and Publixs . Cashier fling my receipt on the counter like she was afraid to touch my hand. I did not say anything to her about it because she just made it easier for me to never come back and spend my hard earn dollar. (Jacksonville Beach location) So rude.

I will no longer shop at WHOLE FOODS. I will not spend my hard earned money with a company that wants to dictate to me that I must wear a mask to shop in there store. We hold the power as consumers and as americans. The Companies need us more then we need them.

I just did a return for Amazon at Whole Foods. I had not known that this was an option until recently. It was surprisingly easy and very convenient. I will definitely use it for all of my Amazon returns.

Always a great place to shop. Has miyokos vegan cheeses which are super hard to find and they had a variety. Great for vegan grocery shopping!

If your into vegan and organic food this is the place. There meat and sea food is all local. Beautiful flowers also

This is the future of the grocery store. Absolutely amazed by the variety, and local selections of everything from coffee, to meats to fruit. Absolutely spotless inside, and so many cool, unique things which have carefully been researched and added for their customers. Great vibes and super friendly team members and even shoppers (shockingly!) What a fantastic addition to Jax Beach! 🤙🏻

I was very surprised and disappointed that there was absolutely nothing on the hot/ cold foods buffet that was gluten free! Left sad and hungry.

I like this store, mostly organics but I go here mainly for the Carbonut bread which I cant find anywhere else.

Bread and/or sticky pudding would make this a perfect Whole Foods.

Still feels new. I hope it stays that way. Good neighborhood which is synonymous with the Whole Foods brands. Fortunately, I live close enough to both of the stores currently in my area. I have been to WF here, in Orlando, Las Vegas, Mountainview, Beverly Hills, Hyattsville/Riverdale (best), and Washington DC. This one is not a stand out but it is not at the bottom of the list.

The one at the Jax Bch is really nice and they have a lot of good stuff. Expensive, but good.

Great store except that I can’t go in the store because my rights are taken away by forcing me to wear a mask or shield which is pointless. If the masks truly work then it would protect those that are wearing it from people that don’t want to wear it. I won’t succumb to this nonsense.

While I received the same level of service that I’ve gotten at any other location, this one was noticeably smaller than most Whole Foods stores. As such, the product selection was somewhat limited. That’s my only gripe.

Its clean, well organized, and had great products, especially produce.Im really happy they built this WF store in Jax Beach, bc I frequent it and Trader Joes first, and full in where needed otherwise, and they are very close to each other off 3rd st. .

Nice appearance with organic products. Produce is very expensive and poor quality. One bag of groceries cost over $75. Grapes, bosc pears, and bananas were tasteless. Pineapple was sour - like a lemon. I opted not to buy packaged lettuce as it was turning brown and broccoli was wilted. Compared to other Whole Foods out of state, this WF needs significant improvement with produce.

Store is very clean.Staff was helpful.This particular store lacks the varieties of bulk items Im accustomed to from other Whole Food Stores.

Just ate there with my Uncle from the buffet and we both had diarrhea an hour later. Second time that this has happened to me.

2nd visit- much better. Friendly helpful people.1st visit - The store has been open for 2 days (so take that into consideration). The store is not listed on the Whole Foods app so I could not look on the app for specials. No one was available to assist with questions while we were shopping. The decorations seemed more like a Winn Dixie style decoration (bland colors, etc.). At checkout, the cashier asked if we found what we were looking for and we said no and mentioned some items. Her answer to 3 missing items was I dont have the answer. She offered no help beyond her answer (why ask if you dont have a follow up protocol?). This store is very different from the Tallahassee, Fl store. The people working in Tallahassee are friendly and seem genuinely happy. The Tallahassee store has beer on tap and food you can have freshly prepared and eat at community tables which was great (pre-Covid). To sum it up, there was no special vibe or energy in the Jax Beach store. To make matters worse, the Amazon Prime promotion did not work (either automatically or when I tried to manually enter the data). Sorry, but I was disappointed after waiting a long time for the store to open.

Been open just over 24 hours and their espresso machine is already out of order. However, despite having a few other bugs in the system, customer service is fantastic and the hot food bar is a welcome site.
