I wanted to give acupuncture a try to find some relief for my Carpal Tunnel symptoms,as well as upper back and shoulder pain. Kimberly was very attentive and thorough - she really zeroed in on the exact problems that I described to her, all while answering any questions that I had and giving me information about specific pressure points. I was really impressed with the relief that I felt for the days that followed my treatment! Would definitely recommend Kimberlys practice to everyone.

I saw Kim for infertility and now for a healthy pregnancy. Not only do I attribute my pregnancy to her acupuncture, but this pregnancy has been far easier than my last and know its due to my treatments. I have had less nasea and overall more energy. As a result of frozen shoulder, I had been experiencing severe pain in both shoulders and sought acupuncture to relieve my pain. During the visit, I found relief! It was amazing to move both shoulders freely without pain. I was so pleased with the results that I asked Kimberly to work on the tendinitis in my elbow. I found relief there too! I went to see Kimberly for hip pain and shoulder pain. The acupuncture she did was very helpful. She is extremely knowledgeable about the body. After a few treatments my pain was gone. It took more than one or two treatments, but it was worth it. My pain decreased with each session. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for relief.

After being diagnosed with dorsal ganglion cysts of the hands by an orthopedic surgeon, I was told that the best course of action was to either have them surgically removed or needle aspirated. Tremendous progress has been achieved and Im quite pleased with the results. Hand pain is manageable and more often than not Im practically pain free. Mobility has been restored and the cysts have been significantly reduced. Overall I have an enhanced sense of physical, mental and spiritual well being now.

Acupuncture with Kimberly has been life changing for me. I feel bad for just now writing this review as it is years old but I said yes you need to. Better late than never. Amazing! I had gone in Bc my baby was 8 days OVER DUE and she needed to be out. Yes, she made sure my due date came and went. It didnt feel like much when I was there but by the time I got home (7 minutes away) I was in full labor. Healthy delivery. Healthy baby. I have been going to Kim for several years for the following: breathing treatments, joint pain and weight loss. The acupuncture for the breathing treatments has improved my breathing that was shorten due to allergies and the flu. The Moxa warms up my lungs to allow the acupuncture treatment to circulate through out.When exercising my lungs are able to breath deeper which helps in the cool down after aerobic exercises.

I have advanced Osteo Arthritis and was referred to Kimberly and acupuncture by a friend. From about week six of this pregnancy I have been struggling with severe morning sickness (hyperemesis). At about week 8 of my pregnancy I decided to try acupuncture to help with the morning sickness - and I have been so glad that I did try it because it has eased my nausea and vomiting. The nausea hasnt completely disappeared, but the vomiting has greatly decreased (from 8-10 times per day, to sometimes only once per day). In the beginning, I did three sessions in a row and I noticed marked improvement after those few days. Since then, I have been going 1-2 times per week and I have been feeling remarkably better. Kimberly has a very calming, patient presence and I felt like she really listened to me as I described my symptoms. I am so thankful that I tried this because it has been the only relief that Ive been able to find.

Kimberly Ruel is wonderful ! I discovered her about 1 + yr ago. Initially I was looking for relief to help me deal with stress, headaches. The acupuncture treatment performed Dr. Kimberley Ruel really helped me. Along with the Chinese herbs, the overall treatment has shrunk my fibroid in half in only 3 months. When I started treatment i was told by three different doctors that there was nothing I could do to shrink my grapefruit sized fibroid and if I had to do something I should have a hysterectomy. I did not like their advice. So I did the research and found Jacksonville Acupuncture Wellness, where Dr. Kimberly Ruel agreed to perform her acupuncture services on me. Also, she suggested I take the Chinese herbs which would work in conjunction with the acupuncture treatment. After 3 months I had a new Ultrasound and discovered that my grapefruit sized fibroid had shrunk to the size of a golf ball. Kimbery is wonderful! Since I have been going to see her my less have calmed, I suffer from restless leg syndrome and it is getting better with her help. I started coming due to my anxiety and depression but Kimberly has helpped with much more. I had a old neck injury that caused occasional neck pain and that is gone now. I have a pinched nerve in my neck that I was born with and virtually feel some kind of discomfort daily. Dr. Kim has healed me! Ive had GERD issues ever since I was 10 years old, in recent years it has been horrible and my doctor stopped me from taking prilosec due to damage to my kidneys.
