Found shop closed after going there for a while. Service was not as it used to be. Did find what appears to be the only small engine repair shop left at the beach on a google search. D&K Repairs Inc. Retired Navy couple run the business. Great reviews and really nice folks, especially the lady at the front desk.. Giving them a try. Left with a good feeling.

Theres nothing more I could ask for out of this location. They treat my crew and I very well and they are always there for us when we are in a bind. Not only is the customer service great but they get some done quick! I switched over to hustlers after switching to express mower . I would highly recommend using them. Ask for Chris!

This location has been ran in to the ground, Chris the Gm is incompetent, rude and above all Un-knowledgeable of the lawn care business! We have 709 yards and a fleet of 15 mowers ! I’ll drive the extra time to go elsewhere! Was a knock out shop and had great service when previous Gm was their. Glad to see they are closing there doors !

This business has went downhill recently. I dropped two mowers off for maintenance and ended up waiting three weeks to get them back. This was only after i showed up at the store and found them sitting in the same place i left them. I have spent thousands of dollars at this business and have always recommended them to friends and acquaintances alike. Now, i would not recommend them whatsoever. I spoke with two different employees and they both agreed that customer care/satisfaction has declined. They stated ...there was a new group of employees and the old guys/mechanics are gone....to save a buck. This really sucks because this business WAS the best repair shop in town. Not so much anymore.

Just bought a new Husqvarna mower from them. I works great, Chris showed me how to work it, loaded it with gas and oil,fired it up, helped me load it in my car and gave me a 10% discount to boot. Compare that to a big box store where you get no service, have to lug the mower home in a box, assemble it,read a bunch of instructions, gas and oil it yourself and hope it starts. This is a quality local business that provides great customer service and fixes lawnmowers as well.

Not very helpful at all. Gentleman that answered the phone was not interested in helping me at all although I made it clear u was prepare to spend two thousand dollars with them on a new engine. As a business owner, i find it crazy that they would literally turn business away because they are too LAZY to take a few moments to assist a customer.

These guys are awesome! Great service and great prices! Been going here for a while and really happy with the service, just bought my 2nd Hustler there and it wasnt quite tracking right off the crate took it back later that afternoon in between yards (and its summer time here they got like 60 mowers up there needing maintenance) and they stopped everything and got me tracking perfectly within 15 min and back at the next yard within 30 min! They know are time is $ and btw keep big beard at the beach and give him a raise hes great spent alot of time with me going over the differences between the mowers I was looking at very knowledgeable, I did alot of research before my purchase and he was able to bring a few more things to my attention which really helped me make my decision.

My hedge trimmer has been in the shop since monday early they have no idea when it will been done the say say they are way backed up. i need to do our hedges really bad i guess i will go rent one

My equipment was at this shop for well over a month. I call to find out the status and guess what? They dont have me in the system and cant even find my Stihl edger and weed eater. A shame they even get one star. Will never return.

Dont bother with them, repairs ive had done their had to be done twice, paid twice, and still had issues, i finallly got my repair done right for 60.00 somewhere else, after paying them twice to fix the problem.

Sold me the wrong belt. Sold me the wrong blades. I Dont think they know what they are doing??

Go elsewhere. Youve been warned. These folks are inept.
