My mailbox replacement took nearly two months to get completed. When I asked about the status I was told to look at the contract I signed and that it could be between 4-6 weeks. 4-6 weeks passed and I still didnt have a box, so I reached back out. They kept promising to tell me, but never did. Then they showed up and completed the work without warning. The email telling me it would be installed came AFTER the installation. When I went out to check out the installation, I noticed they did not put the correct house numbers on. I called the office and the person on the phone was extremely rude, telling me she didnt know who installed it and couldnt do anything about it. When I pressed to have them fix it she told me they couldnt and the best she could do was to mail me the correct ones. She then suggested I get a refund from our HOA for the install if I wasnt happy! The HOA has nothing to do with it, except for forcing the company we have to go through. The delays, rude service, and lack of follow through would cause me to steer clear of this outfit.

Forsite was an absolute pleasure to work with! They worked with us to create custom signage (street signs, community signs, house numbers with the logo for the community) and a community mailbox unit. I found Forsite to be very responsive and helpful. They provided mock-up proofs to make sure that we were very clear on what we would be getting. I really appreciated their ideas for our street signs! We have been very pleased with the quality of the products and the upscale touch for our community. I would definitely recommend Forsite to any developer looking to add quality enhancements to their development.

I am the manager for Copperfield Subdivision HOA. The Association replaced all 62 mailboxes with new ones. The work was done as scheduled and the pricing fit our Budget. Thanks to Forsite the new mailboxes have given the community a facelift.

The people at Forsite do not care about customer service at all. It takes over 6 weeks to install a mailbox (service still not completed), and the installers do not even show up when scheduled to. Dealing with this company is a nightmare and the worst experience I have had with any company.
