Great golf shop, has everything you need to play and improve your game.If you visit it ask for big John, he will take the time to help you find exactly whats best for you and your swing.

I needed to replace everything…irons, drivers, even shoes and socks. I first went to the PGA Superstore at the Town Center. Although there were four employees standing around talking, not a single one asked if they could help. Once I got someone’s attention, they said that multiple people will need to help me because my potential purchase spans multiple departments. I left and went to EWG at the beach. As soon as I walked in I was welcomed and asked how they could help. I met John Stump. He patiently spent hours with me to ensure I was fitted properly for my clubs and that I was able to purchase everything I needed in one stop. This was one of the best retail experiences I’ve ever had. I received awesome service and awesome prices. I rarely write reviews. But this experience was so positive, I wanted to make sure EWG and John received the proper recognition.

Awesome store! Very helpful when considering new equipment. Salesman did not try and push me into an expensive club and actually encouraged me to take my time and potentially come back another day. Brought my irons back for re-gripping and they had a huge line. Originally thought to be 4 day turn around, got them back in two days.

Greatly insulted!!!Went there looking for new irons. My budget was 1000. I know a lot avout golf, and knew what I was looking for. But the younger gentlemen with orange hair kept drawing me to other stuff that I was not interested in. When I told him I didnt want these irons, and Im not paying these prices, instead of showing me other cheaper sets, which they have, he proceeded to give me multiple smart aleck comments about how other people will pay these prices and if you payed 50 dollars for that shirt, then why cant you by these new Titleist. I literally cannot believe he even said that. Then he proceeded to keep asking stupid questions like what kind of car do you drive, while im hitting on the sim.I believe this person has never gotten there a#$ kicked before and was pretty close to it.Ended up leaving and going to PGA were I got a better deal and got fitted by a much nicer gentlemen who actually cared about the game. I will now be regularly going to the PGA superstore for any purchases.

Just wanted to thank John S for helping me with my club selections. He was very helpful and professional. I now hit my driver with confidence and longer.Tried the PGA store but they couldn’t hold a candle to this store. It’s now the only place I’ll shop for all my golfing needs. Again thank you John.

Never take clubs in for repair here. I’ve gotten 3 clubs repaired here. Each time it’s taken weeks longer than expected with no phone call to let me know when it was completed. The last club repair was botched.

Great experience Rob and Tommy took the time to really figure out what clubs were best for me also giving me several pointers while hitting on the simulator. I walked in with a certain number to spend and the staff did not pressure me at all in fact they found what was best for me and I walked out paying much less than I had planned. I needed to get my clubs fitted I was told that it would be a 48 hour tun around they called me the next morning to pick them up. Really great service with a staff that you call tell loves to work there.

Although parking is a HUGE issue...everything else was great as always!

I called EW in Jax Beach to verify if they had a specific shoe and size in stock and was told they had both color options in my size.I drove 35 minutes to the store and they didn’t have my size in either. They wasted over an hour of my time and all I get is, “sorry, we can order it for you.”

Great place, staff are ok. Not very informative, seemed to just want to sell me on certain items, i understand.. just a little frustrating. I’ve heard great things, and i highly recommend this store for any golf needs.

I went into the Jax. Bch. business and walked around for 10 mins. I was not acknowledged at ALL. Not even a sorry we are a bit busy but we will help you as soon as we can. An acknowledge of my presence would of helped. When the business phone rang and an employee had time to answer it, that sent me out the door. My intent was to purchase approx $2000.00 in Clubs, bags, and shoes.

Excellent customer service here. I had never been fitted for clubs before prior to coming in and the staff was very accommodating. In particular, John Stump spent a significant amount of time with me on the simulator, a trying process no doubt given my skill level. They also got clubs expedited to me at no additional cost to meet a weekend tee time. They have earned my business and I intend to continue shopping here going forward.

My husband and I had never heard of this store, being from remote northwoods of Wisconsin! So many Florida friends said we had to check this one out. We were blown away by the expertise and friendliness of Bill and Dianna. To say it was a pleasant experience would be an understatement! We got what we needed based on Bills great advice, plus some extras;-) He went above and beyond. We are looking forward to our next visit to this fabulous store and hope the same wonderful couple is working!

Customer service wasnt the best at all!! Was in there for 20 min and not a single person came up and asked anything. But prices for used stuff isnt bad.

Great selection of new stuff but virtually no used equipment which surprised me. I had some work done on my clubs as well, they turned out fine but the work was sloppy. I had to take them home and clean up excess epoxy on the shafts.

What a testament to customer service this place is. I was stressed about needing to get new grips put on with very short notice before a vacation. John picked up on my concern, and got my clubs done in what seemed like less than an hour despite it being late at the end of the day. It was clear he went out of his way to help me and that just means a lot. I told the GM about how much I appreciated Johns effort and he was thrilled. These guys greet you with a warm welcome every time you come in without the overly salesy approach a lot of stores are guilty of. All around a great experience every time.

After being let down by the big box stores I found this store by chance. Im so glad I did! Talk about customer service and treat you like family! They have earned my business for life!

I walked in willing to spend over 2000 dollars in Taylormade everything, and when they offered 45 dollars for 2 full sets of clubs, bags included and not a club missing, it felt like a slap in the face. Undercutting your customers worse than Gamestop wont bring you return customers.

Poor service, the salesman offered a discounted price on a set of golf clubs. However, the Manager would not honor the price quoted. Will not refer anybody to this golf shop.

I want to commend Steve Tillis for his outstanding efforts in giving good, old fashioned customer service. My wife ordered some Ecco shoes from an out of town store to be transferred to the Jax Beach store for pickup. We drove to the store and though it was no fault of the Beach store the shoes were mismatched. Steve got on the phone with the store down state and today (Sat.) the shoes arrived in time for a charity tournament tomorrow. This store has always been great. Steve T. makes it greater. Thanks so much for your kind disposition, friendliness, and caring. Its been a long time since weve experienced that. Long live brick and mortar stores!
