Fantastic customer service- always putting their customers first! This location has adapted to the changing needs during COVID by offering delivery services and appointment shopping. John (the owner) hand-delivered my winter seed order the same day I placed the order online. That kind of service just isn’t heard of! I am a loyal customer and won’t shop anywhere else for my wild bird needs.

This store peeked my interest about birds

I placed an order for a featherweight seed and suet feeder and high perch hummingbird feeder yesterday afternoon and roughly 24 hours later a kind older gentleman was at my door from the store! He wore both gloves and a mask and kept a respectful distance. Top notch service considering I fully expected it to arrive through a delivery service. Both feeders are of excellent quality.

This is a wonderful store. The owners and employees are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The products they carry are top notch and worth the price. There is an excellent variety of feeders, feed, bird baths and other items to help you create the birding paradise of your dreams! For a fee they will even come out to your place and help you create it! They also have a Daily Savings Club to help you save 15% on your purchases with additional benefits.

I was puzzled about a purchase and the owner called me personally to explain the how and why. Its a beautiful shop and they are very helpful.
