The best cheese for miles and the prices are still acceptable.If you have a rough idea of what you are looking for then the expert staff will find it for you from the huge choice.This is definitely for the cheese fan, not for anyone that loves kraft singles. French, Italian, American. Many are hand made by small operations.I recommend the journey for anyone looking for real cheese.

The owner is so friendly and passionate about what she does. I’m new to wine and cheese pairings and she was increasingly helpful, offered samples, and even went next door with me to the wine shop to pick a good complimentary wine. This is my new favorite place to go.

Awesome place to get quality cheese and cured meats. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and hard working. Its been a grate addition to the neighborhood. Ive ordered cheese boards from them that have always been a hit at parties.

Customer service is what I do for a living and it is my biggest pet peeve when someone doesnt understand the simple concept of giving exceptional customer service. I called to simply ask about making an order and I was cut off before I could even finish my sentence. Yes, I understand its the Holidays and everyone is extremely busy, but to be cut off mid sentence and with that tone of voice. I will never call this place again nor will I ever recommend this business. Customer Service comes before ANYTHING.

Found out about this place from my sons D and D game night. One of the guys brought a cheese box from here. Amazing! Went back a week later to get another. Cravings! The owner is warm and friendly and very knowledgeable. Cant wait to go back for another box.

Love it. Picked up some Mt. Tam, Seven Sisters, and some Manchego. All very easy to eat cheeses. Mt. Tam is a great soft cheese for someone who is trying out new stuff but doesn’t want to get too crazy.We also grabbed some Gingerbread jelly (on sale and delicious) and Bacon jam. We’re still trying to figure out what to use the bacon jam with but we threw it on a water cracker with some homemade sweet pickles and that was pretty on point.The owner was super helpful and friendly in making suggestions and just being welcoming.

After 2 years I finally made it by Grater Goods in Murray Hill. Jennifer, the owner, was super friendly and helpful. Her knowledge of her product was vast and informative. She let me taste several things so I could decide. l bought some Soppressata, a clothbound Cheddar and a bit of a pate called Pig and Fig. Time to get our snack on! *Hugs*

Today was my first visit to Grater Goods, but it definitely wont be my last. I cant believe I never found this place... Im a cheese lover! Im definitely looking forward to trying other cheeses I havent had before. Its great that you are allowed to sample before you purchase so youll always be satisfied. Jennifer was wonderful and answered all of my questions! She gets a score of 100 for customer service (I do very few reviews). Cant say anymore other than Im looking forward to my next visit!

Jennifers place offers a wonderful place to jump in to grab a gift certificate or two and then some meat and cheese for me on the go! Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable and allows you to sample to get the one you love. I like that she saves your order in the profile so next time I come in and say can I get that squishy white cheese that wasnt too tangy I got last time and then neither one of us guessing. I also love the Local items like Camp Craft Cocktails, cheese wrap and cutting boards to just name a few. ..All Great Gifts...Make an afternoon of it ....
