First time customer, and I am very satisfied. Krista was very knowledgeable and informative as she did the testing and pictures. The doctor was very professional, patiently answering my questions. Zack was great as he helped me choose frames and as he insured the fit when I picked them up.

Avoid at all costs, this place has horrible service pushing a limited selection of overpriced garbage product. Their scratch resistant lenses scratched in under a month after very little and gentle use without offering replacement (unless paying $62 for a single lens -- I could get two sets of glasses online for that), and getting what ended up being a too-tight frame adjusted (not the comfortable frames that I had tried on in store) ended up with the glasses crooked, leaving me to adjust them myself. I feel conned. Dont go; they shouldnt remain in business.

Fast, inexpensive,did all around great job.writing this yr later and never had a problem .Two pair on sale, one with bifocals within 3 days. I will go back.

I really like the optometrist. They have a good selection of glasses and accept insurance and Medicaid.

They lost my business! Fist the doctor told them NOT to do the eye pressure test on my 5 year old. Then they mixed up my daughters prescriptions. When we got my youngest daughters glasses after 5 months they were scuffed! They were very rude best bet and I hate saying this GO TO WALMART!!! Management has gone downhill. Very unsatisfied customer!!!

Very bad Manager Cathylyeen was rude and lied saying I was doing wrong and she wouldnt give me her name until i asked 5 timest and then yelled it at me .Not professional at all . I am a 45 year old grown woman and she treated me likei was a child rude .I have never had a problem with no other place I have been to . And I have been getting glasses scene I been 12 years old.

Good but takes a bit long to get your glasses

Told to be there at 3 was on time only to Wait over a half an hour, when asked they said very rudely well it can take over an hour!!!um then why didnt you make my appointment at 4? I didnt say that we just asked for our money back so we could go I have to pick up my grandkids from school I dont have hours to just sit and Wait.. Then she got really rude and said well the next place is all the way down in Alton!! OK so because your rude and can not schedule correctly Im being told to go to another place??? OK my money is green I can spend it someplace else...
