Everyone in the store was so helpful and so courteous. It’s actually a fun experience going in there and spending time and looking at all the beautiful pieces. I will likely do all my business with them from now on because they were so helpful!

Fantastic experience with Espling Jewelers! I had to take two rings to Espling to be resized and adjusted. They are heirloom pieces within my family and I was very concerned about a few aspects surrounding the rings. I started my experience by calling into esplings before driving 40 minutes there. I told them about an engagement ring I wanted to sell. They told me they were very interested. I drive there and work with the owner, Ben. He was extremely rude and insulting. I am shocked he was the owner by his demeanor. He stated could sell my ring for $500 in his showroom floor but he had to make some money. He offered me $150 for the ring, when I tried to negotiate for more he dropped his offer. He was disrespectful and I’m not surprised I was the only customer in there from the time I arrived and left. Do not waste your time going to this place.

Great jewelry store at 9825 San Jose Blvd in the Outback shopping center. The owner Ben and Jeff are great to work with as we left my wifes diamond ring for resizing and to add an estate insert Ben had for sale. We picked up the ring 2 weeks later and my wife was so amazed at the way the ring looked as it looked like a new ring. If you need a jeweler for any reason please go and see Ben he will take care of you! Great customer service which is missing at todays retail store environment.

Espling is great. I have a 1960s Patek Phillipe watch watch that I made the mistake of using a different watchmaker to replace the mainspring. A few wears later and the watch would wind but not run. The other watchmaker told me the watch needed to be serviced at a cost of @ $900.After losing faith in the other watchmaker, I brought to watch to Espling to see if they could help. Ben called a couple days later to let me know that foreign material had gotten into the movement (lint or small piece of a gasket) and that was causing the bind-up. With the foreign material now removed from the movement, the watch was running fine.Since the watch was now running, I asked Ben for his opinion on whether the watch needed to be serviced. He said the lubricants in the watch look fine, so there was no need. He also said that If I deed decide to have the watch cleaned & lubricated it would cost @ $400 (less than half of the other watchmaker).When it comes to complicated items like mechanical watches most of us operate on trust. Ben could have told me anything was wrong with the watch and I would not have known any better. It is great to deal with people who are more interested in developing business relationships based on trust as opposed to getting quick money.Going forward, I will only trust Espling to handle my jewelry needs.Thanks to Ben and the team.

Over the past 10 years I have used Espling Jewelers to repair watches, rings and chains. They have a fair price and great customer service. It does take longer than other jewelers to get it done but it is because of the quality of work they do. They do not rush a repair just to get your money. Please do not listen to just one unhappy customer but to many that are pleased with the quality of the work and the professional staff they have. Great place to do business with and I will keep coming back,

My dad called ahead of time and spoke to a male about an appraisal and to maybe find out the origin of his very detailed Gold Globe that seams to be very rare. Only to meet with a female that only gave him her opinion with very minimal facts about it, he was thinking maybe they would have known a better way to research or at least collaborate with another member of the staff to be sure they informed me correctly. not the case left the store knowing and feeling as though i was at a pawn shop.

What is it that makes the owner of this store feel compelled to “joke” at me that I am a hooker simply because I am seeking a bracelet repair that entails getting a “hook” on my bracelet— and, to actually think that this is funny —at ANYTIME, but particularly at THIS time in our culture???? Absolutely deplorable behavior. This set of infantile and rude comments just cost him a big sale, and he doesn’t even know it.

Went to buy my daughter some dance shoes and decided stop in at Espling. I asked for a nato strap in a particular color combination, which they did not have but Jeff searched through various catalogs until he found the right one. He ordered it and my Seiko SSA301 will soon have a new nato! Jeff was so helpful that Im going to tell my wife that there is a nice Seiko Turtle that would fit perfectly in my stocking and even better around my wrist. Id ask for a Submariner but were not there yet.

I love Espling Jewelers! My mother had her original wedding ring reworked here and its a gorgeous ring. She hasnt had any issues with any abnornal gem loss or lose stones. Even visita for cleaning a piece of jewelry or having a clasp fixed on my watch and bracelets has been a pleasant experience. Each time we have visited, be it for an appraisal, cleaning, or general shopping, they have always treated us like family and the work is always flawless. I wont go through any other jewelry store, except this one.

I gave them a very complicated job, resize a ring full of diamonds from a size 6 to 3- not easy. Done in about a week pre Christmas, very impressed. I didnt trust all of those big box retailers to resize it and properly replace the many small diamonds. Thanks Ben!

WARNING DO NOT USE ESPLING JEWELERS, my mother has been a customer for 20 years; most recently she had them make a ring for her from two rings she previously had. They charged her over a $1000 to make this ring that included her own stones and gold. In five years of having this ring, three emeralds and two diamonds have fallen out of this ring. In April, the most recent diamond fell out. At that time, we decided to remake the ring for a second time. After waiting for it for six weeks, she picked up the new ring, had it for six days and another diamond fell out. Today, she picked it up and asked them to give her a lifetime warranty on this, considering her history with them, and Mr Espling himself told her he would NOT give her any guarantee; that it was HER fault that these stones fell out and that SHE has cost him and his employees time and money and to NEVER come back to Espling Jewelers ever again! Really great customer service right? Please pass this along and please never use ESPLING JEWELERS ever again!!!!

The old lady said I will go inside to give you the estimate for my watch glass crystal repair. she go inside for 3 minutes she came back with my watch open she took one of the links off so she try to charge me more .Thanks
