DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I thought from the reviews that the experience would be good. When I contacted this company their communication was good and so I was expecting a better experience. The person from this company showed up on time but then gave me a very high price for the work. Wanting to get it done I accepted his estimate and he replaced my Springs. The total cost was $455 which I later found out was at least 50% more than I should have paid. After he finished his work the door was going up but it was very clunky. He said that there was damage to the tracks but it would probably be okay. I asked him to lubricate the garage door but he said he didnt need it. Five minutes after he left the garage door wouldnt even go up. After contacting somebody else I found out that the tracks were not damaged but it was the lever arm that needed to be replaced. The other guy from this company was just trying to get me to replace my garage door opener. I have zero trust in this company would never let them near my house again.

My technician was prompt and on time. The install was done within reasonable time (for someone working alone). I scheduled an install of a new garage door opener (upgrade) and he identified a broken spring in my garage door (likely affecting my current units operation). He quoted me repair price and had the new spring ready on the spot. His pricing was reasonable. As he only installed yesterday I cannot attest to the long-term quality of the install but it looks good so far.
