We had NJ Luxury Granite and Marble install our quartzite countertops. Their service was exceptional. Quality of workmanship and professionalism was at the highest level. Weve had our new kitchen counters for about a month and a half now. The only other counter place we really considered was Lowes, because thats where we got our new cabinets from. But at Lowes (and similar places), you choose your stone based on a small sample square in store, and theres no guarantee your actual counters will have the same colors and patterns you want, as stone varies. Also, theres a weeks-long wait for a template, after cabinets are installed, and then after that again for installation.At NJ, it was really cool to be able to walk through and pick the exact slab we wanted, and go again after the template to pick where we wanted which parts of the slab.Ralph was great to work with, and was able to come do the template the day after our cabinets were installed, and was able to install the counters two days later. The seal he applied has held up great too. We also got our sink through him, which was super easy and has been awesome.To top it off, our cost per square foot ended up being cheaper with Ralph than the stone we were considering at Lowes.

Tedious but informative, I listened to 5 installers (fabricators) noting different pricing, what is/is not included (edge-shape, brackets, sealing etc.)Next we spent an entire Saturday looking at the wholesale yards for our stone options (also informative but most are not open late on weekdays). Each of them sent our top picks to our list of installers. This is the only way to get a good price comparison.**Honestly, NJ Luxury Granite & Marble WAS NOT on my list!** ---until my wife needed to look at more granite and they were the only place open when she was off work. We learned then, that they both sell and install. Ralph was the first one to tell me honestly, we did not need 2 slabs (based on the measurements of competing installers) and, he charges significantly less for everything!Because he is not in the BBB accredited, before making a final decision, I found one of his reviewers on FB who was kind enough to reply, reaffirm, and expound upon her 1 year old positive review. So, we picked granite he had in stock (big savings) and within 48 hours Ralph made the template and installed the new counters! Wow!Ill share a couple minor criticisms, but they pale compared to huge savings. Do not expect white-glove service and call before you go, otherwise you may find the shop closed during open hours. However, if you do not get a quote from Ralph, you are either crazy, rich, or you hate having money.

After looking at different companies for about a month we found NJ and I honestly have never been more impressed by a business before! It took no time at all for them to come out and measure, the prices beat every single other place we had looked at and the counters were done in a few days! The owner told me he would be at our home to install between 9:00-9:30 and if he was one minute late he would return all of our money and we would get free counter tops. When these guys give you their word on something they mean it, which was EXTREMELY refreshing. I would recommend them to anyone! AMAZING JOB & I LOVE my kitchen!

Great craftsmanship, quality and prices! They installed my counter top within two days which is super fast! They cleaned up after installing the counter top and they were very nice! They have a lot of different selections ! I highly recommend you visit their shop!

So after driving all around Jacksonville looking at different counter top companies I can across their store. I walked in and started to look around and was immediately asked if I needed help. They were not being pushy just wanted to help. They showed me the back outside of the store where they had a large inventory of Quartz and Granite. So I started to ask about prices and was quoted $5 cheaper then the other competition. This was around 3:00PM. I told them I wanted to do business and they asked for my address. About 4:00PM they showed up to my house to take measurements and left. Cool they work quick I thought. Naturally I was expecting to hear from them in a couple of weeks. Not these guys. Around 7:00PM I received a call asking if I was home and if I wanted my new counter tops to be installed tonight. They came and installed everything and were very clean during and after the job. So in a matter of 5 to 6 hours I went from shopping to having newly installed Quartz counter tops. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you check them out if you are looking for new counter tops.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about our experience with NJ Luxury Granite and Marble. We went to their showroom on Sunday afternoon and picked out the granite. We told them we would not be available for the estimate until after 5pm on Wednesday. They showed up Wednesday at 5:02pm and gave an estimate that was thousands of dollars less than other operations where less was included. I asked him when the work could begin and he said Thursday afternoon. Thursday at 1pm, they did the demolition and templates and said they would be back Friday to install it. Friday rolls around and at 2pm they installed the granite and it looks absolutely beautiful and I could not be happier. My husband and I spent a good 45 minutes Friday night just talking about how good it looks! I would recommend these gentlemen to anyone interested in beautiful work for a wonderful price. I could not be more pleased with my whole experience.

Used NJ for our recent kitchen remodel and fell in love with their granite selection. Had been to many different stores and were disappointed that they all basically and the same stuff. Came here and had such a hard time choosing which slab we liked because we liked so many and hasn’t seen them anywhere before! Once we were ready for the granite to go in they came and templated fast and installed like 2 days later! It looks amazing!

I really enjoyed working with the Owner of NJ Luxury Granite & Marble. He was very pleasant to work with and offered the best prices around. I got white sparkle quartz and it looks amazing in my kitchen. I got prices from over 10 other places and this was the cheapest so I went with them even though I was skeptical about quality. I did not need to be skeptical because the countertops turned out great and they really know what theyre doing. There were no hidden costs for removal, sink cut out, or the edge I wanted. I highly recommend and will use them again in the future.
