I’ve been taking my Harley to them since they merged with 904 Cycle a couple of years ago. Great bunch of guys, excellent service, and super fair pricing on their work. I’ve recommended them to several people who just don’t want to pay dealership premium shop rates when you can’t get an HD certified mechanic at a much more affordable rate by going to Cycle Zero.

Ive been to 3 other motorcycle shops in Jacksonville before I found this one and I will never go anywhere else again. Garage zero is the best motorcycle shop in town hands down. Loyal employees and the owner is very nice and straight forward. I have taken my bike multiple times to them from small things and even helped my friend by a bike from them. Every experience has been 5 stars.

Sent my bike in for a spark plug change and Carb cleaning. Got it back and the bike felt wrong, gave it back to them to see what was wrong. A month goes by with no word on the repairs. Call them and they say its ready for pickup. 2 weeks later, bike still feels off, so I take it to a new mechanic. The FIRST thing the new mechanic says is wrong are the spark plugs and carburetors.
