First time at this location. We enjoyed our visit here. They had a really good turn out for trunk a treat for all the kids. . I also enjoyed shopping here . Had items I cant find in the south.

The establishment had a whole different look from others that I have visited. Lots of items available suitcases, socks, and cooling jackets ( havent seen any of these items at other locations). I was able to obtain 4 poker chips for locations like New River, Camp Lejeune, Shallotte & Carolina Coast.

There 30min before I was approached only because l made a comment to lady at desk. Go to Battleship cycle @ marine if you want great service and fair prices. Any the guy at Harley place was a nice guy. By the way I was the only customer in the building go figure. Mahalo.

Always have a good time with the service department. Needed a new battery today and they were quick to rule out other problems first just to make sure nothing else could be draining the battery before just dropping a new one in.

HD dealerships are known for their customer service, but this dealership was sorely lacking. I knew they had 2 Street Glide Specials so I rushed up there to see if I could buy one. I arrived at 4:05 on a Sunday and the place was dead. One of the bikes had a sold sign on it by the other one might have been still for sale. I don’t know for sure because nobody acknowledged me. The customer service girl locked eyes with me but never said a word. They only had 1 sales guy and he was working on the paperwork and talking to a couple who I assume bought a bike. He never said “sorry I’m busy but I’ll get with you in a moment.” He seemed stressed and probably counting the minutes until closing time. I had my checkbook in my back pocket and would have left a deposit if they could not finish the sale today. But they never spoke to me. After 30 minutes of standing around I left. BIG difference between this dealership and the one they own in Wilmington. New River has the inventory while Wilmington had nothing. My recommendation would be to reallocate inventory to where you have employees wanting to sell bikes. Now I know why people just shop online and find the best deals and have it shipped in from another state. If your not competing or selling product your dying.

Great sales people! They actually gave me more for my trade in than I was expecting and made the process of buying a new bike relatively painless. I highly recommend them when looking for a new or used motorcycle.

The store is clean they sell an awesome product but I would just have to say that the service and stand behind their product not so good. A man are very proud of their merchandise, a little too proud for me.

Jeff was simply magnificent! I was shopping for my Dad around Father’s Day but I live in Nashville, not locally, so Jeff sent me photos of every shirt they had in my Dad’s size. He was helpful, quick to respond, and kind! Superior customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10

New River Harley-Davidson has definitely changed their atmosphere back when I first started going it was cold and I didnt like it so much now its got some new sales people and some new greeters and whatever and its a lot more friendly but just as knowledgeable I would recommend it now their sales people know what theyre talking about and a very friendly

The service here is unbeatable, hands down. They made the process of purchasing a motorcycle so easy and painless and it’s a one-of-a-kind experience. If you’re considering going to look at or purchase a motorcycle, I can’t recommend them enough.

Came in to pick up some oil and a couple parts for my bike. I was asked what year and model my bike is.Rather than asking me if I wanted synthetic or not, the man brought it out anyway and told me the price.I did not want synthetic oil, so I am just annoyed that before I could state that in the first place he just walked to the back without asking me. It’s sales I get it, but I don’t want to be over sold and I sure as heck didn’t want synthetic or the price tag that comes with it. Please don’t assume what I want, get the details. I think situations like this is probably why some women feel uncomfortable doing these type of errands.Thanks for taking the time to read my review.

This has to be the best store that I had visited so far. Excellent selection of bikes, parts, apparel, etc. most of all, I want to give a shout out to Miguel. He was the salesman who helped me with the purchase of my next bike. He got the ball rolling right away and all it took was a phone call even though I was in Louisiana. Trust me when I say that these guys will go above and beyond to assist you on the bike of your dreams or just one that you want to cut up on. I was told on two separate occasions that I could store my bike for free. The first time was when I was going to 29 palms, I called ahead and was told I could store it for free. I show up there the day before I went to 29 palms and they said yeah thats not for a DFT, its only for an actual deployment of 6 months because we need a deployment letter which made sense. Fast forward to my actual deployment overseas and all of a sudden the same dealership that told me I could store it for free for my deployment said they had never heard of that policy. I deploy in 2 days and now Im scrambling looking for a place to find my motorcycle. The low sales of Harley Davidson have NOTHING to do with this new generation of youngsters that are more into the sport bikes theyre due to people being SICK and TIRED of being LIED TO by dealerships. Im honestly considering selling my Harley.

This is a great shop overall, cool building, and really friendly staff aside from the short guy in parts who is very condescending.

Since 2007 I have purchased three bikes from this dealership because I find them very knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous to all their customers. The sales staff is very helpful and up to date on all aspects of the upcoming new bikes and they strive to make the buying process smooth and seamless. I have visited the New River Harley service department many times over the past 7 years to have upgrades done to my bikes and have never had a bad experience. Their service department has very qualified technicians with excellent experience on all aspects of a Harley Davidson Motorcycle. They have always got me in and out in a quick efficient manner and I have found they do not nickel and dime you to death. The parts department is just as efficient. They have very knowledgeable staff that can always help you find that perfect part that you are looking for. I have recommended several of my friends to this dealership and am proud to do so.

Beware of this dealer.Made an appointment two weeks in advance, dropped my bike off the day prior, as I was assured if would definitely be done if I did that. Was told they would be on it at 10am and shouldnt take more than an hour. Go to pick up bike at scheduled time and havent even started on it, ok Il come back in about 45 mins. Oh yeah, it will definitely be done! Called before returning, nope not done, but someone rode it to get to temperature to see whats going. No one checked after getting to temperature ride. Came back to dealer at 12:25, still no one working on my bike and no one really seemed to care. So, i took my bike. I live an hour and a half away, so that was at least 6 hours rode time, 3 hours shop time and 3/4 tank of gas for nothing.Called same day, couldnt get ahold of a manager, called the next day just to try and talk to the manager, got blew off at least three more times. Finally talked to a guy that said he was the manager that didnt care either and was told I will dig into it and get back with you yup you guessed it, no return call. My father had this problem with them in the past, should of known better.An appointment is made for a reason, its not my problem that another bike that was on the rack from the day prior took longer than expected. If my bike was only going to take a short time and Im standing there waiting for it, take the other off, as the customer was not waiting and do mine if only an hour. Wont be back and definitely lost me as a customer as I wanted to trade for the 2020 CVO street glide.

My husband usually gets a discount. But, when I went without him today, I didnt get it. I should be able to get his discount whether Im with him or not. Otherwise, would be 5 star.. Good selection of clothes, boots, good discount section upstairs. Lots more stuff I want to buy.. Will have to wait until I can go with the hubs. I was shocked today that noone offered to help, assist or anything in anyway today. Other than the lady at the front door greeting hello and goodbye to everyone coming in, I was completely on my own shopping. Its usually different than that. Very odd. I was on my own the entire time. I felt invisible. I still spent a load on clothes.

This is one of my favorite places to shop. The staff is so nice and helpful! I buy gifts for my husband here a lot and always have them gift wrapped.. the ladies in the clothing section do the wrapping to perfection! ALSO find GREAT deals upstairs in the clearance section!!

Stopped in with a valve stem leaking and no appointment. They fixed it faster and cheaper than estimated. Everyone was very friendly.

The dealer has asked me to return to sign another contract for an additional large amount of money because they made a mistake. They have not paid off the trade in and have not sent my registration card. The salesman was very nice but beyond that is where the problem comes in.

Went in to sign paper work on the sale of my trike. Jeff was very courteous and professional. Will definitely return when I am in the market for a new motorcycle.

Wonderful staff! So very helpful and well stocked location. Beautiful bikes to adore and parts to gawk at.

I normally don’t write reviews, but this is definitely needed. This shop has had my bike for two months. They have not been able to do anything but get the oil changed. They have not been able to check the TPS like I asked. When I received a call from the shop today the service manager lied to me and said they cannot order the parts for the bike. They said I would have to go on eBay or threw a third party. I looked online and found the parts I need threw Harley and also called the same shop and talked to the parts department. They said the parts could be in next week. I will never bring a bike to this shop again and will never recommend this shop. There has been one salesman that was very helpful and the store manager. The service department manager and the receptionist need to be fired.

This dealership is by far the worst dealership in the region. I wanted to order some parts for my bike and the guy at the parts counter was rude. Customer service is key and when I’m spending over $1,000 in parts I would like to feel comfortable with the people that I’m doing business with. Sadly I rather drive an extra hour just to avoid this rude place. I think the manager needs to start reminding the employees that customer service is number one.

My husband and I just came into the shop to look for something and NO-ONE asked us if we needed any assistance ! Two ladies at the far desk near the leather jackets were clearly more interested in continuing their conversation than attending to potential customers! It must be nice to get paid to stand around and talk to let money just walk out the door !

We have been here more than one time and each time we come we get no help or even acknowledgement from the staff. Today we spent over 30 minutes walking in circles waiting for a staff member to help us. We plan to take our Harley money elsewhere.
