Kyle is awesome!!!! His level of customer service is top notch! I had scheduled a Uhaul truck for this past Saturday at the Jacksonville Heights location & had also scheduled to have a hitch put on my car while I had the truck rental. Unfortunately the truck I originally rented was down for repair & Uhaul had rescheduled a pick-up at a different location. I called this location & spoke to Kyle - he managed to hook me up with a different truck. When I came in to pick up the truck rental & drop my car off, Kyle greeted me with a smile & had me checked in & out the door in no time. This was my second time renting from this location & I would have no hesitation in renting from them again. I highly recommend Kyle & his team at this Jacksonville Heights location!

I rented a motorcycle trailer for a few hours and the experience with this store was outstanding. The assistance given was top of the line. This was an excellent example of how customer service should be done. No hassle and no product pushing. They asked questions to make sure I was requesting the proper equipment for the job I needed to do and they made it happen for me. Thank you for proving that customer service is not dead on the west side.

Just returned a 15 truck. It all went smoothly from reservation to return. Great friendly staff. They keep the trucks super clean and smelling good. Lots of supplies available too! I definitely recommend this location.

Very good design of space, lighting, material right down to the high quality concrete that they use for the floor.The inside was very clean and climate controlled. Not only good for the things inside of the lockers but its also well appreciated by movers who have to move things in and out of the place.

I scheduled a pick up for 730am. I had movers scheduled for 830am. When I arrived the trucks were parked to closely together for me to get my rental therefore I had to wait Until 9am for someone to come to the office to move the trucks. I didnt leave until 930 which meant my movers were waiting on me for over an hour. When the lady arrived she had a nonchalant demeanor as if me being inconvenienced was non of her concern. I paid the rental in cash. The lady stated a receipt would be emailed to me. I -checked my email 30mins later no receipt, I then recieved a notification from the bank that they had charged me.. I do not know why bc I had paid in cash. I returned to the location and the two cashiers had piss poor attitudes one even laughed at me, then began to record me without my permission. I have never had such a DISRESPECTFUL experience. Needless to say UHAUL needs to send their dealers to customer service school. It was much more that took place but I will save the rest for corporate. I do not believe this was Uhauls fault. This review is solely for this location. Visit at your own risk.

The staff there helped me get the correct truck for my needs after learning that I wasnt able to arrange to have my tow hitch installed. The manager was super friendly and hooked me up with everything I needed.

Ive been coming to this U-Haul location for over a year always excellent customer service always quick response, until today 10/14.The worst experience Ive had in a long long time was with one of your employees name Jamie Smith. Not friendly, nor professional.She literally have to hold her head up with her hand because she was I guess very tired. Could not even understand what she was saying because her hand was practically on her mouth looking at the screen. She took about 10 minutes looking for a trailer and her statement was she was looking for the closest one because she didnt want to walk far. She was horrible . We left there so stressed, it took a couple of hours to get over it.Its sad that you have such an incredible team excellent customer service skills and this woman just doesnt add No value to your team .

Although my experience did not start out great (not because of her) and I was very upset she never raised her voice or got an attitude with me.
