I recently got a quote on pavers and wanted to see what they look like in person compared to what you see in the catalog.I was pleasantly greeted and assisted by a gentleman named Michael.Extremely helpful and courteous. It was a very pleasant visit.Thanks Michael !

Busy but glad I checked out the products before installation.

Service was excellent. the sales person took time to answer all my questions and even made some suggestions. $$$ but worth it.

I had great customer service, Michael answered all my questions regarding pavers maintenance.

Guess I should have read the reviews before going with this company . Be prepared for NO COMMUNICATION and for them to just show up unexpectedly with your delivery. We had a estimated delivery of the end of September. They showed up September 3rd unannounced and said there would be another truck coming that day ..... 4 days later again unexpectedly had a truck show up. When I called the office all they could say was oh im sorry the driver should have called you ... after spending $8,000 I expected a little better customer service and communication.

Salesman was helpful and said delivery would be Friday the 31st of January. He called on Wednesday and said the warehouse couldnt deliver till the next Thursday, February 6th and that they would call. I took off work and no phone call so I called at 5:00 PM and was told they would not be coming but would be there the next day so I got someone to stay at the house again no phone call so I call and guess what? We cant make it today but it will absolutely be there Monday morning between 7:00 and 8:00 AM. I think youve figured out that I still dont have my bricks. Im a retailer and customer service is not only the right thing to do but its the smart thing to do. Be pro-active and make a phone call. My advice....pick up your order! Very disappointing.

This has to be the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. Not only did they take our money and not have the product avalible for delivery or pick up they treated us with disrespect and there is no management team to hold any employee accountable. Our order was pushed back several times with no warning and communication. The online system they have set up is a joke and they like to blame the new system for any issues, but they are just a terrible company who will take your money and continually fail to meet deadlines. Hardscaping is hard work but dealing with Tremron and actually getting a product.you paid for is much harder believe me !

Products are okay but the employees and timeline purchase / delivery of materials was terrible. We are at the point where we have to get a lawyer involved just to get the product we paid for. Run, this place has been torture to deal with and employees dont care and are full of excuses . Sad they have gone downhill so much they need actually sales people and managers who care about customers especially vendors .

OMG! We were told by the paving company we are using to stop by the show room to see the colors and different types of stone. The sales associate was so ignorant. There were no customers in the showroom, I walked in and she just stared at me and finally said can I help you? And when I told her why I was there she simply said all the colors are upfront and went back to her desk. When she finished a phone call she looked up and yelled over do you have any questions? I asked her if she had brochures and she said well not really but proceeded to give me one of each brochure. I was actually dumbfounded that a paid employee would treat a customer so rudely . She obviously needs another job if she so miserable being there.

Was recommended by our builder to visit the showroom. Took time off from work at lunch time, only to find the door locked. Hours are posted as 9 to 5, but they were closed at 1130. Typical for the building industry.

Worst customer service in the industry. This company is unwilling to own misstakes and correct defective products. Lead times are awful and purchasing process is unclear.

Use pavers to create beautiful hardscapes!

We ordered Tremron pavers through Horner express three weeks before job. On the day of delivery nobody called, after finally getting a hold of someone they tell me they cant deliver for another five days. That makes my company look bad and after doing some research it sounds like Tremron does this all the time. Seek another Paver provider.

Agreed and set date, time for job. Rep text and said they were on there way.....never showed up.... never answered any of my texts or calls. Please beware of this company.

My husband and I have been planning to lay layaway new patio and were instructed to come here to pick our pavers. We were dumbfounded at the lack of hospitality and overall rudeness of the staff member that was there. She acted as we were putting her out being there and was extremely unhelpful. We actually decided to use a whole different company so that we didnt have to give her or this place any of our money. I would have given this place zero stars if that were an option.
