On our way from Bismarck to MN for family vacation, our truck started knocking and blowing black smoke...We barely made it to Jamestown. My husband called Stoudt early Saturday morning and talked to Shelly, who got us in, gave us a courtesy car and then Mike(mechanic) stayed late and worked on our truck to get us back on the road by 4 on Saturday afternoon. Mike and Shelly went above and beyond to help us and we are extremely grateful and appreciative to their kindness and compassion.
We utilized Quick Lane on Saturday, August 14th. We delivered our Jeep to the R.M. Stoudt Quick Lane an hour before our appointment so we could also complete some other tasks in Jamestown. Our appointment was at 11:00 am. We finally received a call that our Jeep oil change was completed at 1:00 pm. Not counting our hour early delivery of the vehicle, it took them 2+ hours to complete the minimal service on our vehicle. We understand that they are short staffed- that was the excuse given to us when we attempted to address the issue. Sorry, but thats not our problem. If you are short staffed, then dont schedule the appointments. There were other clients in the waiting room having similar issues.
This was a good purchase and Dean Hass should be commended. He gets us precisely what we want and doesnt lose touch over the years. I have given him lots of clients, just because he is pretty straight with us and everything moves quickly and painlessly.
While shopping online for trucks near Jamestown North Dakota, I found a truck I was interested in.I contacted R.M. Stoudt Chrysler and was connected with Brian. Brian was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the Ram 1500 EcoDiesel I was interested in.I set up an appointment for after work and Brain had my vehicle waiting at the front of the store.I wanted to trade in my current vehicle and the team at Stoudt went to work right away getting me a trade in value and options for purchase.There was no need to haggle on priced because Stoudts had my new vehicle priced at a better value than current market.Very easy to work with and the team made the whole process very easy and stress free.I could recommend R.M. I found stouts after another service shop sent it over as they werent able to fix the issues. From the moment they got the truck Shelly kept me in the loop whats going on and was able to get me in and fix my issue right away, rather than being misdiagnosed like the other service shop... 100% will go back again!!!

Wasnt exactly at R. M. Stoudt, Inc., but next door at Quick Lane Tire and Auto Center for an oil change and service and to have the tires rotated. Everyone did their jobs very well and the employees were very courteous and helpful. Would recommend them to everyone.

Wonder staff. I had issues with my debit/credit card accounts. It took me several different payments to totally pay for my car. They even waived the 3% for every swipe of my cards. They called me 1-2 weeks after purchasing the car to see how I liked it and if I had any problems or questions.
These guys have alot of nice vehicles and employees. However when it comes to the service department and warranty claims, theres the glitch. Whether its the service technicians or Chrysler. I have been here 3x over a camera that works on and off. I have showed them it didnt work the first time. Every time after it will magically work whether I hit a bump or adjust the tailgate. Nevertheless it doesnt work when I need it to. So they tell me there is nothing they can do. I guess Chrysler will be getting a call tomorrow.
Went in for a oil change and it took way longer than expected, I stayed for quite awhile and had another appointment to get to so I had to have someone come and get me.But they came through and the service advisor came through and did the oil change HIMSELF! They gave me a really good deal on the pricing and got me back on the road!

Shelly N. shop supervisor was courteous, quick to respond with vehicle problem as well as the mechanic who pulled the battery and reinstalled it.This allowed me to address the warranty issue with the parts store vender and return to be on my way in very short time. Have had problems with electronics in my 2020 RAM with 5,000 miles. . Stoudt service has tried to solve the problem that causes 70 codes that continue to reoccur. I have returned vehicle 4 times with same issue. Service has exhausted every potential remedy but company (Chrysler) has been less than cooperative in resolving the issue. My complaint isn’t about the quality of Stoudt service. I think Chrysler has not done its part in resolving this issue.

I watched a used car, a model no longer made, for 5 weeks on R. M. Stoudts lot. When it disappears I knew I had lost my chance to get the Lincoln MKS I had wished for. When I found it on their website I drove by again and stopped I to visit a salesman. I made two offers one without a trade in and one with. Both were accepted. I traded a good vehicle for a great one. I was kept informed and found a very pleasant dealership.

I LOVE MY NEW CAR !After an accident and not wanting to wait for my car to be fixed I looked around the lot. I have never even heard of the Lincoln Corsair but after1 test drive I knew I had found my replacement. The ride is so smooth. Jeff Grenz has helped us out before and continues to do so. Jeff runs his butt off to make the deal work. Thank you Ford and Jeff for coming through once again. The sale was quick and unexpected but I plan to keep this car for many miles. My car was serviced in about an hour, including a wash. They kindly answered all my questions concerning warranty and a broken key fob. I appreciated that no one tried to sell me something that I did not need. This happened to me About a year ago when an out of state dealer encouraged me to get new brake pads. 15,000 miles later, the old ones are still working. Thank you to the employees at Stoudts.
Service was terrible. Vehicle was in 3 times for a vibration. They kept sticking parts in saying it was fixed just to have the same issue. Getting a run around

I had work done on Escape around 1st of year and had warranty. So,I had an issue with parts from the repair brought it in and was taken care of quickly, still under warranty no problem. I purchased a 2013 F150 Platinum. Cassie was just great to deal with, handled everything smoothly. I had a few problems with the truck and Cassie made sure it was all taken care of. The service department did a great job on getting everything resolved. The staff and experience at Stoudts was great. I will recommend them to my friends and be back if I want to buy another vehicle.

Battery was replaced in a timely manor. However, now my auto start does not work and I was not given any direction as to how to get it fixed. Another repair shop stated that the auto start should have been switched off before changing the battery so that the unit did not did to be reset. Now I have the additional expense of having the auto start reset.
***CAUTION TO ONLINE PURCHASERS***Just purchased a 2013 Chrysler 300C from this dealership on the information and salesman word, Dean Haas, as I am located in Missouri and I had to travel to actually purchase the vehicle. I was never able to see it before meeting to make the purchase. The dealership was accommodating in that they met me in South Dakota for an extra fee, so I wouldn’t have to make the drive all the way up to North Dakota. However, I think the reasoning they made the offering to meet me was so the very obvious body damage would be concealed. Let me explain what I mean by that. I had a lengthy back and forth about the vehicle and the condition obviously as I could not see it in person before purchasing it. Dean Haas went on about how it is a one owner vehicle in perfect condition and provided me pictures of the interior and exterior. However, North Dakota has been experiencing snowy weather so no picture I ever received was of a perfectly clean car or a picture that didn’t have snow on it. I didn’t think anything of it as I knew the weather they were experiencing in that state. When the vehicle was delivered to me, it was very dirty as I expected from the travel to meet me. When I examined the vehicle at the time of purchase, there did not seem to be any damage or imperfections to the exterior. However, after washing the vehicle off in Kansas City when I was driving home, I realized all the road grime, salt and other dirt, concealed a front bumper that had hundreds of chips and road rash. There was also a crack in the bumper. The paint had swirls from a bad detailing job and there was numerous chips and scuffs on the vehicle, and a few small but obvious dents. My main concern was the bumper because of obvious the damage was when the car was clean. I asked Dean about the bumper and the very obvious damage that was concealed by the dirt and that was never told to me. His response was that he did not know, which is totally bogus as I know for certain that dealerships depreciate the value of trade-ins due to damage like this. I told him I would have to buy a new bumper and pay a couple hundred dollars to have it professional detailed to remove all the swirls and imperfections in the paint. His response was that it was already 2K off the clean retail price. Clean retail was 18K to 21K. A vehicle needing an entire body panel repainted or replaced is not considered clean retail in my mind. So his reasoning on why they couldn’t do anything for me after withholding and concealing the damage from me was ridiculous. I was looking for a vehicle that I would not have to immediately put money into to look nice, especially at a price point of 19K and only being 6 years old. For a few thousand more dollars, I could have purchased a much newer model that did not need immediate attention. But I was promised that the vehicle needed nothing. I caution anyone purchasing a vehicle from this dealership without very closely examining it in person. I feel that this dealership took advantage of the fact that we wouldn’t be able to see it and would be commuting 8 hours to examine it. Very disappointed in this buying experience as I feel they purposefully withheld information from me, like a shady used car salesman would.
I’d highly recommend this place. My husband and I worked with Brian Bertsch and he was wonderful. When we got there, the car we wanted to see wasn’t there. A customer was using it while they waited for service to be done on theirs. They worked very hard in getting the vehicle back so we could look at it & getting her another vehicle to drive. Brian and the staff worked with us on the price we wanted & we left extremely happy & with the SUV we wanted. Everyone we encountered was very nice. Brian made our car buying experience easy and fun. Most salesman are very pushy & in your face. He really listened to us and didn’t push anything on us. He’s a great guy with a great personality and my husband and I really appreciate his help. If we ever need another vehicle and still live up this way, we will be going back here. Thanks to everyone who helped us!
Very straightforward negotiation done via text messaging. After negotiating all the terms and fees, etc, we went to the dealer to pick up the 2019 Bullitt and were out in less than half an hour. Nothing was attempted to be added, no runarounds, just sign the docs, take a picture and drive away. Extremely easy and straightforward experience. Thank you!

The dealer was contacted to order a 2020 F150. They answered all my questions about the vehicle build, deposit, and financing options. When it came time to talk price we couldnt come to an agreement because they were not willing to negotiate. I contacted a customer service representative at the dealership and she just sent me around in circles. This resulted in a lost sale on the truck and two future purchases I was planning. It also resulted in wasted time for all parties involved. Their services are not recommended.
Had a great experience at R.M. Stoudt my salesman Jeff was a great guy and very helpful I looked at dozen of trucks and this one was by far the best deal. It had 30-40k less miles and more options than other trucks I looked at for anywhere from $3-8k more. I will definitely do business there again.

Purchased our new truck, little German (salesman) is a character, not pushy. It took 2 hrs for trade-in and out the door so cool.. Service department are helpful, Bob (service rep) tries to get you in as fast as possible. On time, will drop you off and bring you as needed. Able to give answer about your problem.

Use the Quick Lane exclusively for oil changes on my 09 Ford Edge for the past 5 years. Good service, but recommend getting an appointment.They say they take walk-ins, but they usually have no room for walk-ins after 9am. I had the Edge in for some maintenance issues and they were courteous and very professional. Keep a very clean shop.
Always encounter wonderful staff that greet you when you walk in the door. Very satisfied with my vehicle and the service that comes from this company! I would recommend them to everyone.

Bought an old used vehicle here. Granted it was an as is sale. Ran great, or seemed to during the tests drives. I regret buying it, it was a $2500 drive to the grocery store. I know used vehicles are not guaranteed, but they wanted $4500 for it. If you buy used here, take $2000-$5000 off the price they are asking. It is probably a good place if you buy new. Last name Young, bought a 95 Jeep Grand Cherokee, put 5 miles on it, and didnt even drive over 30 mph. Blew ahead gasket, transmission coolant hose blew. Last mistake I will make like that. Unfortunately I made a bad decision and got screwed.

Do not waste your time with this dealer they low ball big-time on trades they offered and insult of an amount on our trade and we were looking at an overaged unit they had thats been on lot for 3 months they do the buy. Low sell high...In response to dealer below they offered 6500 which is thousands below any book and also below what acv dealers offered most dealers would ask more details before sending a low ball offer thats giving a car away that book on is almost 13,500 now I say who would take half value on a vehicle and let a dealer make 6k or on resale which if you nada book what they have they have most vehicle priced at retail

That pickup is way too nice to drive so we just park it in the garage and walk around it 10 times a day to admire it. We both very, very, pleased with our business dealings with R.M. I have walked out of dealerships, because they thought they were the only place to buy a vehicle and you werent leaving there without their junk. The staff worked hard to help me find the pre-owned vehicle I wanted which took some time as I had some very specific vehicle and budget needs. The extended warranty I purchased has been incredibly helpful as well. When a couple of unexpected mechanical issues came up, my insurance kicked in and saved me big buck. PLUS, they got me an interest rate much lower than I assumed I qualified for. Amazing people all around.

I am new to the Jamestown area and needed to purchase a truck to get me through the winters. I searched local dealerships on the internet and came across several vehicles that interested me on the Stoudt website. I sent an email late one evening before going to bed. I received a telephone call from Tara the very next morning verifying my interest in a vehicle. She then assigned me to Joey as my salesman. Joey was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and easy to work with. I took the truck on a test drive later that afternoon. I really liked the truck but did not care for a decorative decal than ran the length of both sides of the truck. Joey said they could remove the decal. A few days later, my wife test drove the truck and we decided to make the purchase. Joey had the truck ready for us at the appointed time and the decal-free vehicle looked great. Jim, the Finance Manager, was able to get us a very good interest rate at a nearby credit union and made the loan process very easy and fast. The entire process was enjoyable and stress free. No pushy sales people or high-pressure tactics, just honest people selling a quality product. I will most definitely buy other vehicles from The Stoudt team.
