Best mechanic in the state of North Dakota I wish there were more like him.

If you ever EVER have an issue with your vehicle go here!!!!!!!! I can not express how impressed I was with the professionalism, kindness and care from Mike and his team! I had a water pump go out on my Honda as well as a belt while I was driving from Montana to Chicago. Not only was Mike understanding of the situation and my hurry to get back to Chicago, He made sure to get me right in. His team ended up having to drive to Fargo to get the parts, and still had me in and out and on the road by 5 p.m. the same day.Mike and his team went above and beyond not only to give me a loaner car to drive around for the day, they also allowed me to plug in my freezer (full of frozen pork) in the shop the entirety of the time they were working.Im beyond thankful for extreme auto repair and their kindness, understanding and quickness to get me back on the road!!

My husband and I were on our way back home to West Virginia after visiting Theodore Roosevelt National Park when the transmission went in our pickup. These folks were the absolute best. They rearranged their schedules and worked after closing so that we could get our truck back quickly to get home for work. They offered to drive us to our hotel after we dropped our truck off and even called us on our way home to make sure we were safe and that the truck was doing ok for us. We are almost home to WV thanks to these very kind folks. We are beyond grateful.

Dealing with this shop has been nothing short of a nightmare. First off they never once called to discuss work they were doing prior to doing the work. They just went ahead and did $4200 worth of work then demanded payment in full before they would release the truck. Now within the warranty period part of the work they did is failing and the owner of the shop is refusing to warranty their work.I have found loose and missing bolts on some of the components that were worked on. I even found a pry bar on top of transmission that was left behind by one of the mechanics at this shop.One can tell a lot about a person by the words one chooses to use to communicate with you. When a large portion of those words are profanity in my opinion that says a lot about the individual.I can not express how bad the entire experience has been.

I stopped here with an issue with my AC on my way out to Yellowstone with the kids. The mechanics got me in right away, and fixed the problem. They were very fast, polite, and knowledgeable. Thanks for the service!

Good quality work in my experience. Sometimes unexpected thing happen in service work, anyone who has worked in the industry knows that. I got a water pump replaced, and there were two failed pumps, so we went with a OEM pump finally. They didnt charge me for the labor on first two pumps. Not many shops will eat that. I was impressed.
