Selection across most departments but hardware seem to have gotten smaller since I last stopped, otherwise great store.

This place isnt great to shop in at the moment bc they refuse to open up there gate in the mall so if your coming from tj.maxx & want to go to home of economy you have to leave the mall & use there south entrance instead of the mall bc they also have shortage of help.

Seemed to have a lot of stuff except work boots. The work boots they had were either cowboy boots or just large sizes. No one apparently works there, couldnt find help.

Great! I didnt make a purchase of a Stanley cooler that I should have purchased a week ago at their store in Minot. When I returned last Friday, not only was that small cooler gone, but the shelves that were stocked with Stanley lunch boxes and thermas/vacuum boxes and coolers were pretty bare. Since I knew that I had to travel to Jamestown for a medical appointmen, I thought that I would stop at Home of Economy and check to see if they had the Stanley cooler in stock that I was interested in. They did! Guess I would say that it made my day!While there, I checked to see if I could get several pairs of jeans that I specifically like as they are fairly comfortable, but no luck. Like many businesses, it appears that they are also having a hard time receiving ordered goods still because of the unnecessary shutdown of the entire U.S. economy.But yes, it still was a great day! Especially when this business has exceptional employees that cater to its customers. I really do appreciate that.

Helpful and friendly staff. Found a pair of safety boots that I liked for work and the same pair online for cheaper. They price matched the boots without an issue. Only been here a few times, but have not had a bad experience so far.

I had my autostart worked on. It took about 15minutes to complete. When I asked him how much it cost, he said no charge it was a simple fix. My autostart works like new now. Its a laid back country shop, although he knows what hes doing and is very courteous.

The folks in this store are always nice. The selection gets the job done, but can sometimes be limited, hence the missing 5th star. Prices are on the high side, but goods are quality. Big selection of work clothes and boots for Jamestown.

Purchased a brand new fimco UTV sprayer from here and it leaks in three spots so bad that I couldnt use it. I took a video to the store to show them and they directed me to Fimco. I Asked to exchange it since it was brand new and never had chemical because I tested it with plain water before spraying to adjust the nozzle settings if needed. I run a large company in town and am very patient with issues as I know how hard customers can be sometimes. Some customer service training for employees is needed at this location.Edit: I went back in and thought maybe I just had the wrong person. I got a new person, Robert I think was his name, who looked at the video and showed me how to fix it. Unfortunately they carry none of the Fimco parts so I have to order them online. Doesn’t make much sense to me to sell a product and not sell common parts with it.

I had a bad experience with your business, when I paid for my items, they double charged me on my debit card and then they said it was only charged 1 time but my bank statements say other wise. To me that is the same as stealing, i’m Still waiting for the credit to show up on my bank account. I’m never shopping here again.
