I am almost 50 years old and have dealt with many Auto places throughout the years. Let me tell you something of truth. This place is the LAST place you would ever want to consider buying a vehicle from. They are very dishonest and will lie right to your face. Their vehicles have many flaws, which they will mask to get your money, and sell you a Lemon. DO NOT do ANY business with Hartley Buick whatsoever. You will regret it,..I promise you that.

This place is a JOKE! I took my daughter there to look at a car. There were issues with the vehicle that should have been addressed before they listed it. The sticker price on the car window in the photos ON THEIR WEBSITE very clearly showed $4,995 but the car was listed at $5,995. The manager tried explaining it away and was a total jerk. I specifically told the salesman NOT to run a credit check and they did it anyway. I am beyond disgusted with my experience at Hartley Buick GMC.

Bought a Yukon XL long distance from them as another dealer. Represented 100% accurately and very easy to deal with. Usually if a dealer treats other dealers well, their customers get treated well too.

HORRIBLE SERVICETo start with when we bought our new 2013 GMC Terrian the paper work was filled out incorrectly and the Fiance manager gut frustrated when we asked for it to be fixed before we would sign.The worse thing they have done so far is have our Terrian in the shop for about a month waiting on a part. I understand waiting on a part but what I dont understand is SEVERAL promises to call us with updates and not following thru with that. Today for example we were told we would get a call at 3:00. The jerk I talked to said he would PERSONALLY make sure we were called at 3:00 with an update. It is currently 3:30 and we have not received a call. This is at least the 2nd time they promised to call us with an update and we didnt get it. This is NOT customer service. This is pompous behavior of people who do not care about their customers at all.We will never buy from them again. This kind of customer service is insane!

Bought a 2005 Ford Escape, 2 weeks after the warranty was up the transmission went and they wouldnt do a single thing about it, not even a discount or apology. 3 years later and 5k in repairs over those 3 years, and now the car is rusting out, ABS sensor went bad, which broke the AWD and ripped apart the gears. I could have about a 2012 Ford for that price and still have it under warranty. Never buying a Ford again.

Two blocks worth of sidewalk adjacent to a park they are too lazy to shovel. Imagine how lazy they are with your car. Probably tie it together with rubber bands.This review will change when you do your civic duty.
