This location is pretty good. The staff is friendly and polite. They worked quickly to take care of everything so we could go about our day.
Josh was great! I came in on a Friday and he set me up with an appointment for Saturday. He helped walk me through the options for phones and phone plans. And he even helped me to get my new phone up and running.Transferring from T-Mobile I was worried it would be a difficult process. Josh couldn’t have made it any easier!

Scheduled an appointment for my mother to pick up her new Iphone and get help transferring content from her android. The appointment was scheduled for Friday 8/21 from 2-2:30. When she arrived, she was handed her new phone and told that since that were not allowed to touch the phone all they could do was give her a sheet with directions on it. The employee, Adam, seemed to be uninterested in helping my mother. I realize employees cant touch the phones but it seems from other reviews and from talking to other friends in Jamestown, Adam could have offered to help my mom navigate and transfer the content without touching her phone. I would have shipped the phone to her house if I knew that was the level of service she would receive. What is the point of scheduling an appointment, making the appointment specifically to help transfer content and then being told no help is available figure it out yourself.I have tried to call the store and all calls get routed to the call center. I need someone to call me to discuss this poor customer service. The assistant manager, William Loveless, was given my number today so hopefully he calls me back. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Sounds like people yesterday didnt want to do their job and couldnt take the time to help my mother with a simple request. Using an excuse to deny customer service is unacceptable, especially when other reviews and others have said employees have been willing to help without touching the phone.
Worst service ever. John the manager is ok. Verizon will tell you that your service is canceled but will continue to bill you. Be careful! These guys are really shady.Edit: I sent an e-mail several weeks ago and have not been contacted. Oh well. I guess your response was just to make it look like someone in the company cared. I would take away the last star now if i could. Worst customer service ever!

Had to make an appointment to visit Verizon. The employees were very friendly and willing to help with any problem I had. Considering the times we are in and places like Verizon being short staffed, I was very impressed with the way I was treated.
I love the service and the phone payment options. Just wish they would be more up front and honest about the plan costs. I was a bit dissapointed when I got my bill and it was more than double what I was told it would be when I added a line. And the one time service fee EVERY TIME you add a line is a bit excessive. Also if your credit is being ran you are locking yourself into a 2year plan. I was told the whole time I was setting it up that it was a prepaid plan and that was not the case.
It went smoothly for a peculiar event. My wifes phone has not had a working speaker for over a week. We got there and it was fine. To calm my wife the tech ordered a new phone to eliminate an intermittent issue on her phone. Your team came through once again.

Amazing, High Quality, Fast and Very KNOWLEDGEABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Unlike any other local Verizon store near by. The TEAM here is genuinely there for you, unlike others that make you feel like all they are there to do is push a deal without giving the customer all the info or fine print then end up walking out thinking got a good deal when actually stuck in some contract without realizing you cant change for 2 years later. Service at this Store is top notch high Quality!!
Shout out to Ellen! I appreciate her very much. She went above and beyond for me. She was very courteous, polite and juggled multiple customers gracefully. The other girl that was in there needs to get off her phone and attend to customers. I found her excessive yawning to be rude.
Went to get a new phone. Wow just received the bill. They upgraded everything even though I told them I was already paying to much. First bill $450.00.
Very slow, 3 associates 1 on the phone 20 min helping one customer. One helping sign up a new customer with a new account 10 people others waiting to be helped. one guy putting new display together after. A few min he did go help.

Store personnel know their phones and even older models.Expect a lengthy wait for attention, as people are taken in the order they arrive but you can make an appointment. Felt we were rushed on learning how to use wifes new phone and came home to trial and error and frustration..

Service is pretty good, been with Verizon Wireless since 2003, however the experience hasnt always been pleasant, they manage to make right and see fit on the end cap of any issues that arrise.Im not a service hopper, keeping the same number, service provider and account in excellent standings the only option here.When in issues comes up, I kindly remind them of my longevity and paid in full balances on a monthly basis, years on end!Ive noticed a decline in quality of products/accessories and thats concerning at best given the cost of these items.I would recommend Verizon, but have it be known if you fail behind on youre account, you lose any leverage if wrongs done and/or an issue comes to surface.
Not the most up to date store which causes long lines at time but they try. Like any store they try to upsell you but most of them get it when you tell them thats not going to happen. When getting a new phone if you use measured data on your account have them do the data transfer in store so its on the free wifi. If you do it at home it kicks you off the wifi and uses all your data.
Great experience at this Verizon. This is quite the statement as I dread going into a Verizon store typically. The representative was very knowledgable and helpful.

Very disappointed in Verizon service. Staff is great in getting you hooked up but Verizon is constantly dropping your service. Right now you cant even call the office as it does not have phone service. I am editing my review. The problem with my smartphone is that Verizon is a CDMA carrier and my phone uses a GSM carrier. I spent 1 hour and a half with Verizon technical support online and even they could not figure out why they kept dropping me. It was because they did not support my phone at all. I do think Verizon - not just the local store - should know which phones it support and which it does not. That said, ALL employees have been very helpful but it was an amazon review that clued me into which carriers support which phones and which do not.

My mom purchased a new iPhone and went into the store have someone help her set it up. The guy took two seconds to look at it and told her it was a locked phone and couldnt help her. Frustrated and upset, she called me to help walk her through the process. The guy didnt even attempt to take out her old sim and put it in her new phone. Something that would of taken him MAYBE 3 minutes and he wouldnt give her the time of day. What a joke!

Everyone seems to want a new phone right now, and the deals are enticing. There are a lot of people in the stores seeking out these deals, so be prepared to wait your turn. Make sure you check in at Verizon as soon as you enter the store because its first come, first served. The deals on the Samsung 10s are great, as are the iPhone ten. Google phones seemed to spark interest as well. The wearables also have deals. The sales associates we dealt with were very knowledgeable and ours was also very patient with all the questions we had. We left as happy owners of 2 new Samsung 10s.

I walked in and wasnt even noticed for like twenty minutes. Customer service was terrible and they were sarcastic. They were busy, but could have at least apologized for not waiting on us for so long. When we finally did get waited on, the guy was very rude. I feel like switching companies for this.
