The store could be cleaner it would also be nice if the employees actually knew what they were talking about and what would even be nicer yet is it if they had registers I actually open and lets see they used to have things called oh yeah I remember cashiers instead of having to do it all yourself after shopping experience at Walmart I feel like they should send me a 1099 at least so I can write off the labor on my taxes I was a truck driver for a living before I became disabled and I would like to say I wasnt pretty good one I was not I repeat not a cashier at Walmart not that theres anything wrong with that but its not what I did for a living I was in truck driver not a clerk for a big box store thank you very much

Pathetic service at the self checkout! I understand its a self checkout but I needed help from an associate to scan 48 cans of cat food. He didnt know how to do it & proceeded to tell me it cannot be done, even though I do this every 2 weeks. I asked him to please get me someone who can help me. He walked away & returned to inform me that it cannot be done & that I had to manually scan 48 cans of cat food! So, needless to say, I left Walmart without the cat food I specifically went there to buy!

I love are Walmart supercenter bc it has more then just clothing it also is a little supermarket along with friendly staff but instead of being open 24 hours they now close at 11 pm

Friendly, hard working staff, management. Aisles are well marked above to help find items. Aisles are mostly neat. Large aisles for 6 ft. social distancing. Easy pick up shipping program. Shop online have it delivered to Walmart. Helpful customer service. Store opens conveniently at 7 a.m.

They fellow who helped me in the paint department was very nice and helpful.

They keep moving everything all the time. It seems as if every time I go in there I have to find where they put it now. It makes me angry and other people I know feel the same way. Most people I know are starting to shop elsewhere whenever possible. Plus the fact that there are long lines with only one or two cashiers.i know for myself I have taken the advise of others to shop elsewhere when possible. I know people including myself who need to go have a drink before hitting Walmart just so they dont blow up at the people at walmart. You cause a lot of anxiety to people. Stop it. Leave things where they are so we can find them.we are tired of searching and just want to get the hell out of there as quick as possible. Some times I wish you would shut down and get out of our town.

It was easy to get around and the staff are friendly.

I spend extra to shop anywhere other than Walmart. But it is a dependable, clean, extended-hours last option. No offence Walmart.... I just try to keep my money close to home and not in Bentonville, Arkansas.

Way better than Fargo, at least English is the first language and courtesy and manners are still alive hear unlike fargo. Who knew, pets are welcome as long as they are well behaved.

I did not shop today because I saw too many unmasked customers when I entered. I turned around and decided I could shop elsewhere where I feel safe. This seems to be a reoccurring issue with our local store. Guess management doesnt value the safety of the customers or workers enough to enforce the mask mandate.🙁

Super clean compared to many I have been to. Great at getting sales prices marked down. Amazing selection on toddler and children items.

Was good found the stuff I needed and was able to figure out an issue with straight talk by going to phone place.

Decided to close the store at 2 pm, but didnt let anyone know until 1:30 pm. Did not find out until the gentleman at the door told us that it would be closed until Monday as well. Seems a little short notice and could have given customers more than a half hour on a Saturday to get their items.

Not enough checkers. I had a full cart and had to use self checkout and I do not care for that at all. Need more checkouts when store is busy.

Tried getting groceries here. Full shopping cart.... a months supply.... got to front and not one cashier was told I had to use self checkouts. Usually this doesnt bother me but I had a few hundred dollars worth of groceries.... stupid.....

Probably the best walmart in North Dakota period!! The place is always clean, pretty decent staff. Ive always found what I needed, check-out has always been fast and thats not normal for walmarts, I mean I been in a ton of walmarts and I feel like I was shopping at target at this location. Seriously its thats nice!! Giving a 4 star because they use to be 24 hours and that changed, I miss that!!

Im usually not a Wal-Mart shopper as the stores are to big for me as I was disabled 43 years ago in a work accident. Actually, I should not be here today, but the good Lord believed it was not yet my time. Getting back to Wal-Mart, I must admit I was pleasantly surprised by the volume of merchandise on hand. What surprised me the most was the Big & Tall sizes they had in the mens clothing area. I also appreciated the courtesy and helpfulness of their employees. May have to return to the store in the near future.

They still need to open up more check out lanes, if customers are shopping there, they should have the option to check out how they want to without waiting for a half hour or more.

Always a wait to check-out. Less employees= less service. 👎 A last resort for shopping.

I was staying overnight in our RV in the Jamestown Walmart parking lot the night before last. I saw a dark gray kitten probably around 7 months old and very skinny run from the parking lot into that grassy field near the trees where the Walmart employees have their picnic table. It was extremely skinny. I hope you can do some live trapping in that area. If you explain to the Walmart staff what the cages are about first, they can help notify you if you capture it and hopefully it can be fed and tamed and be able to live a good healthy life.

Governor ordered mandatory mask mandate and numerous people seen shopping without masks. Lost all respect for Walmart. Perhaps I should stop wearing my shoes and see them tell me to leave....or have one of my guy friends come with me without a shirt on. If this stuff can be grounds to revoke service why cant failure to wear a mask? Its no wonder our state has the highest PER CAPITA cases in the NATION!

Forgot a bag on Friday. Was told I could pick it up Sunday when I came to town. Only to find out all my items were back on the shelf prior to being refunded.

Due to a north Dakota law Walmart cant have a pharmacy 😣. So stopped for med refills but no go. The store was very clean and orderly

Stores layed out fine but theres not much as far as the areas I like to shop in, there usually low on staff and takes forever to get stuff u need if its locked up. Disappointed they wont sell Playstation 5s in store and use excuses as to why have to drive over an hour to get one if its available and thats a shame. Thier customer service desk has someone who works there thats always in a bad mood and makes it difficult to return stuff. Overall nothing there that makes it enjoyable to shop at.

Ive edited my formerly 5 star review of this store. I was there yesterday as North Dakota reported 1036 new Covid-19 cases in one day and found that any requirement or recommendation of the use of face coverings was gone. Easily half of the customers in the store were not wearing masks. In the beginning of the pandemic, Walmart put a ton of effort into showing they were doing everything possible to make shopping safe and available to everyone but that seems to have all but disappeared. If you are vulnerable to sickness or just concerned, I dont recommend shopping inside the store. Luckily curbside pickup is available but thats not of much use for those who only need to stop for an item or two or need something specific. It is disappointing to see Walmart so abruptly change course as this situation worsens in our state.

Compared to other Walmarts this one sux. Not a fan of the small food section, would be better if it were a supercenter . Christmas section is terrible they have next to nothing. All in all not a huge fan.

All the shelves had been rearranged making for a long and frustrating shopping day. With covid running wild that isnt a good thing to do.

Had our oil changed and paid for 4 gallons of oil. Truck only calls for 13 quarts. They didnt give me my extra oil I paid for. They kept it.UPDATE:Correction: They didnt keep the oil, They overfilled it by 3 quarts.

Very great store with amazing staff! Has almost every grocery item you would need, a bakery section, fresh produce, a deli, and so much more. Also has great clothing, electronics, and household supplies. In the summer, they sell indoor and outdoor plants, and some vegetable plants. Also has pet supplies and self care supplies. Self checkout is always a good option.

(Jamestown ND) only had one door open at 7am opening time. Unfortunately wasnt the door I was at and it was -15 outside so I had to walk to other end of building. Note to others, if going in around 8am use Grocery door.
